Questo condominio è stato acquistato questa estate e completamente rinnovato come il perfetto ritiro VRBO. È nel cuore di Fraser che si trova a circa 3 miglia da Winter Park e 5 miglia per l'area sciistica di base. Potresti letteralmente portare l'Amtrak a Fraser, camminare per due isolati fino al condominio e prendere lo skibus gratuito per il comprensorio sciistico. Inoltre a pochi isolati si può raggiungere Safeway, Murdochs, Rocky Mountain Roastery (Coffee Shop), pizza, cibo messicano, Sharky's e molti altri buoni ristoranti. Le due camere da letto dell'appartamento sono separate da due nuovi bagni. La cucina ha un nuovo banco in granito con un sacco di spazio per la preparazione del cibo. La cucina è aperta sulla sala da pranzo e soggiorno, tutte con una vista spettacolare di Byers Peak. C'è una stufa a legna e 42 "TV con Roku. C'è anche un mazzo. È perfettamente impostato per quattro persone, forse due coppie, ognuna con il proprio bagno privato.

This location was great for us. Close to winter park for skiing, but far enough away from Winter park town life. walking distance to Safeway. The renovations for this sweet little condo were awesome. very well furnished, very clean. Nice new fixtures, appliances, almost everything is new. It was great cozy place for a short little guys ski vacation.

We had very pleasant stay at this condo for our ski trip. We took bus to winter park and condo is located close to bus stop , grocery and restaurants. Highly recommend it

I arrived on Amtrak and only a short walk to the property.
Clean and cosy and close to restaurants and Safeway as I didn’t have a car I was able to walk everywhere and take the Black Line bus to Winter Park.

Welcoming , updated condo unit. We appreciated the owners interior decorating skills. The unit has everything needed. Very clean and comfortable. Sunny unit with a great view. Easy access to Winterpark. We would definitely stay here again.

We have stayed at many places in Winter Park & Fraser over the years for ski trips. This unit was nicely renovated and very comfortable for the 3 of us. Very convenient location in Fraser within walking distance of main street attractions & easy drive to Winter Park...we walked over to the Fire & Ice festival near Safeway for a great fireworks show. (Many rentals in Fraser are up the hill on the east side so not walking distance). We would definitely stay there again!

The only thing I didn't like about the property was the fact that none of the chairs , furniture or beds were very comfortable (padding wore out) but that seems to be common in a lot of b&bs. The host was excellent and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

We spent a relaxing weekend skiing and enjoying this property. It was exactly as listed and it was close to everything. Great restaurants and breweries nearby. The hosts were easy to work with and we had no problems. We look forward to another ski trip!

The condo was clean and well laid out. Everything that was needed was at hand. Getting to the condo or from the condo to trails, restaurants, services was very convenient. We will consider returning.

Great property and location to winter park
Property was as described. Great location to ski winter park. We had everything we needed. The only thing to note is that it backs up to a train track. You can hear the train sometimes. The first night it bothered us, then we got used to it. But it didn’t affect our stay.

We loved staying at this place. The location was in the heart of Fraser, waking distance from coffee shops, breweries and restaurants. It has a nice open space to hang out in and working with Melanie was great. She was super responsive and helpful! Would definitely recommend.

Exactly what we needed
This condo was sheer perfection in terms of location, description and amenities. Melanie checks in timely and the place overall could not have been better. We will definitely miss the balcony views!

Beautiful condo
Having rented many condos in Fraser and Winter Park for years, this is probably the nicest one we have had yet. It is clean and roomy and has been very nicely updated. Very comfortable!

Cozy and Convenient
One of our favorite places to stay. The rooms are very comfortable and roomy, with a lot of space to put things. Kitchen is clean, modern, and well organized. Parking is easy, and the location is great, close to shopping and the tubing hills, and a short walk to the bus stop. Looking forward to staying here again!

Centrally Located
Great stay. We skiied Mary Jane/ Winter Park, tubed at the hills close by and visited Hot Sulphur Springs Resort.
Mission Accomplished.
Always call restaurant to see if/ when they are open, don't trust Google, many close early.

When I say small, I'm only speaking of the family size cause the place is spacious, immaculately clean, and detailed. My kids had a great time; the views from the home are breathtaking!!

Clean, modern, spacious
There was more than enough room for 4 of us (2BR, 2 bath, open living room/dining room/kitchen). The condo is recently built and conveniently located near the Safeway in Fraser. The unit had the necessities (heat, frig, stove, internet) and more. Great value. Exceeded our expectations.

We came up from Denver to explore the mountains with our 2 young children.
Melanie's condo was the perfect location for us. Super close to Hideaway Park with all of the equipment for the children and the Fraser trails to get outdoors explore the beauties of this area of Colorado.

Great Property and within walking distance of some fun places to dine and have a few drinks. I like the vibe in Fraser, its a little less touristy and more "mountain town" than winter park. Room was great, clean and nice. The only issue was that the outside lawn sprinklers went on and iced up the sidewalkes one day.

Our stay was wonderful, the family really enjoyed it! It stayed very clean and the view was beautiful. The only “complaints” we have were the train (it didn’t even go by that much) and we do wish there were some sort of fans in the bedroom. It would’ve helped drown out any noises and helped it not get so warm. Other than that it was perfect!

My husband, kids and myself had a great stay in Fraser! We weren’t far from Rocky Mountain national park and the town was very quiet. Only downside was not a lot of restaurants close by.

We enjoyed our stay at Melanie’s condo. It was super clean and had everything to make our stay comfortable. Great location. Loved the high mountain fresh air and the sound of the brook outside our window.
