I only need a place to sleep overnight. Steps had all the comforts of home. I would stay here again.

Very clean great view. Owner replied quickly to all our questions and allowed us to store our luggage in the room before check in. Would recommend and would stay here again. Thanks Alexei it was perfect

The host Alexei is amazing! He responded quicly whenever we had questions. It was really nice of him to let us check in early as our flight arrived in early morning. Very good location! Only few minutes to shops, beach, bus stops and popular restaurants. Everything we needed was provided in the room. The building is a bit run down and noisy from the lift and outside. We kind of get used to it after a couple days. Overall it's nice stay

Although we did not stay because of staying with a friend. Alexei was helpful with parking tips and even let us know we could check in early. David the on-site manager was also a gem.

My husband and I enjoy having Waikiki as our home base when we visit Oahu and this spot was perfect! The condo has a large balcony with views of the ocean, fully equipped, very functional kitchen, plenty of storage for our clothes and belongings, one block to the beach and surrounded by tons of great restaurants. The condo was very clean and well organized with a beach umbrella and chairs to use if desired. We loved our stay here and would definitely stay here again!

This condo was perfect for a couple or single traveler. It's clean, quaint and has everything you can think of. The location, 1 min walk from to Waikiki beach, is fantastic. The owners were a pleasure to deal with, checking occasionally to see if everything was going well. I will absolutely stay there again. Mahalo nui loa for making my stay so memorable.

My 15 year old daughter and I stayed for 9 nights in March. Although small and a little outdated, we didn’t care. The location is 10/10. Neighborhood is great. And view from the lanai is where I enjoyed a morning coffee and evening cocktail every day of our stay. We felt 100% safe at the property. Great restaurants and food trucks around. Bus stop one block away and fantastic access to Waikiki beach! Had a blast! Hoping to come back next year!! The hosts were so gracious and answered all of my questions. This was our first trip to Hawaii! Absolute paradise!

The room was clean and tidy! Absolutely nothing to complain about. It is in the perfect location located only 1 block from the beach right in the heart of Waikiki! Not having a key to keep track of was a very big positive as well. We definitely recommend anyone to stay here. Mahalo, Stephanie & Clint

Location is perfect short walk to Kuhio Beach, easy access. Clean and basic. TV channels were limited. Had a comfortable stay.

We loved the location of the condo. Nice and close to the main area of Waikiki and easy walk to the beach. Owners were very friendly and quick to respond with any questions we had. Hope we get to go back someday.

Great place to stay. Location was perfect and easy access to beaches and shopping. Sliding glass door could be fixed because it is hard to open and close. Air conditioning was perfect and WIFI was great. Would definitely stay here again.

This is aou seen stay at same condo and we love everything Aces to condo is great.very clean.close to beach and everything you need Please is vell equipmenthe with all your need..stay was so wanderfull my wife and I enjoyed to stay again. Couldn’t ask for a better location. We enjoyed the view. Room was as described and pictured, well designed for function, decoration, appointed and equipped, and in good repair. We used most of it and found everything we needed and then some. A TV listing would have been helpful. After assessing the parking options, we chose the Aston at the Waikiki Banyan as our best option at $80/week. Always a spot, easily the best price, and an easy 3.5 block walk. Owner very responsive and we hardly needed him, just questions. Earlier reviews helped us prepare. We would stay there again.

We really enjoyed my staying air B&B. The place is very clean and one minute walk to beach, very safe. My flight time was 8 pm and Alexei did a favor for late check out . That really helped us to enjoy the last minute of Wakiki beach . Thanks again , I want to come back again sometime.

We arrived on aug 5th. The Check in process was smooth . We found 3 half eaten pop cycles in the freezer and has to empty a water bucket under the AC every morning. The unit was advertised with parking however that was not the case. We had to pay per night to park. Very sketchy people passing in and around the property.

Alexei and Matthew’s Seashore condo suited us perfectly! Location is so close to Kuhio beach and all the shops in Waikiki. Access to condo was great using security codes, no need to carry a key. Two elevators service the condos, so we never waited to go up or down. Stairway was clean and safe, so walking up or down is fine too. Condo was very clean, nice tile floor, easy to sweep. Main ceiling fan was very nice to keep the air moving. Air conditioning was very good, with an extra fan in the kitchen to blow the cold air around the room. Door to lanai was very big, so we usually just left that wide open and inside had a nice breeze so you didn’t need air con on very much. Nice view from lanai, great set of table and chairs, we ate most meals outside. Bed is a memory foam mattress, which was great for myself having a sensitive bad back. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, fridge/freezer, stove, microwave, sink. Stereo/sound system//wifi/tv was great. Netflix and other connections if you wanted to watch something. Storage cupboard has good extras like some books to read, rain umbrella, drying rack, insulated picnic hamper, also beach umbrella, chairs, body board are there for your use. Bathroom/shower was great. Good water pressure, ample room for shower. Good supply of shampoo, soap, first aid kit, laundry powder, toilet paper. Overall an excellent place to stay! Very highly recommended!

Comfortable, great location

The stay here was wonderful for my wife and I. It was very clean and tidy, access was easy, and the owners checked in to ensure we were comfortable. We definitely enjoyed the lanai and the view of the water. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We were very pleased with our stay in Honolulu. The suite was clean and had everything that we needed. It was a fantastic location being only a block from the beach and anything we needed was just a few minutes walk. We will certainly come back and stay longer next time. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice little place. Great location, super easy walking distance to Waikiki beach. A little older of a building and unit but does the job and had everything we needed.

Great location and had everything we needed

This condo was perfect for our vacation. The bed was comfortable, refrigerator and microwave works great, the shower had good water pressure and no draining issues. It also has some snorkeling gear and beach chairs that are available to use. The location is excellent. The beach is just around the corner. Endless possibilities await within a 10 minute walk of this condo. You can find just about any type of food you want to eat and there's hundreds of places to shop. Parking is extremely limited so if you are thinking of renting a vehicle for your stay, renting a place to park could cost $125-200 for the week. My wife and I both agree that we would definitely stay here again! Aloha!
