Questa casa vacanza è una vita interna-esterna di Palm Springs con ogni singola stanza con porte francesi che si aprono verso l'esterno. La camera da letto principale e la seconda camera per gli ospiti si aprono sulla piscina privata con acqua salata e sulla spa con un pozzo del fuoco per le serate invernali più fresche. Ci sono un sacco di sedie a sdraio, ombrelloni, giochi da piscina, barbecue a gas, sala da pranzo all'aperto per 6 persone, illuminazione interrata e d'accento e persino una fresca parte poco profonda della piscina dove è possibile sedersi sulle sedie (sotto l'ombrellone se lo si desidera) . C'è un nuovissimo sistema di nebulizzazione e appannamento nella parte posteriore (ottimo in estate!), dispositivo di raffreddamento della palude, camino a gas nel salotto e l'intera casa è cablata con un sistema di altoparlanti (anteriore, posteriore, camera matrimoniale, sala da pranzo e salotto) che possono essere controllati separatamente.
La terza camera degli ospiti si apre su un giardino privato recintato di ficus che è perfetto per leggere e rilassarsi. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size e un bagno privato. Le due camere da letto aggiuntive hanno letti queen-size e condividono un bagno.
La casa dispone di WiFi ad alta velocità in tutta la casa, compresa l'area della piscina e il patio. Ogni camera è dotata di TV satellitare diretta con HBO e nel caso in cui ci sia uno spettacolo da non perdere: non ti preoccupare, puoi registrare lo spettacolo mentre sei qui.

We really can’t say enough good things about this property! After my husband and I visited Palm Springs 20 years ago, we wanted to vacation there again with our 3 adult kids in honor of my birthday celebration. It was a very special occasion for us, and the home far exceeded my expectations. The host was beyond gracious and helpful, giving us all kinds of tips to make our stay memorable. It didn’t seem like just business to them; it was clear that they wanted us to enjoy everything. The house was perfectly clean, beautifully furnished (but also extremely comfortable) and equipped with everything we needed. I wanted a home that was old to give us the flavor of historic Palm Springs- and it was, but it was updated perfectly with charming design. The backyard was a small piece of Heaven, completely private with views of the mountain, and an utterly gorgeous pool and jacuzzi that made you want to stay there the whole time! However, the location was perfect as well- quiet and pretty, but close to restaurants, hikes, and other attractions, like the Aerial Tram, a highlight of our stay. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

Lots of fun pool toys for our young grandkids Everyone had a great time! We did have a bit of trouble getting in the house at the beginning but the owner responded and resolved the issue quickly. House was clean and well stocked! Perfect for three adults and two kids. Close to town.

We loved this spot! Great location! Close to downtown and local hiking spots. Pool was perfect and excellent views from the patio. Stephane was so easy to communicate with and check in and out was easy. Great spot for a girls weekend or with your family.

We had a great stay at the house on Mesquite. The location was great; so close to everything. The views of the mountains in the backyard were nice. The neighborhood was quiet. The property was clean and well appointed. While some of the furnishing are more vintage, everything was comfortable and worked as expected. The kitchen and its wares were well-loved but had everything we needed for cooking great meals. The host was very helpful, easy to reach and answered our questions immediately. We would come back!
