I nostri vacanzieri AMANO questa casa! Dalla zona giorno principale, dall'ampio balcone e dalla camera da letto principale, si possono vedere tramonti spettacolari, isole esotiche e onde che si infrangono su ben cinque spiagge. Queste viste ti toglieranno il respiro!
La cucina di questo condominio è dotata di un bar per la colazione, piano cottura con forno, lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, ripiani in granito e tutti i servizi necessari per godersi la vacanza. La cucina si apre magnificamente nella sala da pranzo (per cinque persone) e nella zona giorno principale. Belle porte scorrevoli a tutta lunghezza in vetro si aprono per rivelare l'ampio balcone, completo di un tavolo da pranzo per 6 persone e splendide sedie e sedie a sdraio.
La camera da letto principale è anche accessibile dall'ampio balcone tramite porte scorrevoli in vetro e dispone di un letto king size, una cabina armadio, una fantastica vista sull'oceano e un balcone separato Juliet con vista sulla valle. We visited Playa Flamingo in August 2023, and loved it! The apartment was well appointed, with TERRIFIC ocean views as the title says. The rental agency provided a great local guide the different local beaches, restaurants, and things to do. We’d highly recommend them and will likely use them again in the future!

When we read the other reviews, we knew we wanted to stay at Flamingo Towers. It sounded absolutely perfect and it was. It exceeded our expectations on all levels. The view absolutely cannot be beat and the condo itself had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

I must say, my husband and I were sceptical when we rented this property. We looked at the pictures and thought to ourselves ‘there’s no way that this is the view we get for this price’. Well, turns out this is the actual view. Everything in this condo is PERFECT. 2 minutes drive to an almost private beach, howler monkeys every morning, beautiful sunsets. I didn’t want to go back home after. This condo also has everything you might need - beach chairs, cooler, beach towels, cookware, tupperwares etc. A great plus too is that the parking lot is covered which is amazing for keeping the car somewhat cool when the temperatures reach 40+. The pools were really clean too and not too busy. There’s a lot of great restaurants near by too. Krain team was very responsive to our messages. They would recommend restaurants, activities and they even let us do a late checkout. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The property itself was outstanding! Excellent views and close to shopping/beach area. The pools were very nice as well.
Communications with Krain regarding check in were lacking. I reached out several times and kept hearing the property manager will reach out to you 2-3 days before check in. I heard from them less than 24 hours before check in time after I left messages/emails. It was to the point where I was starting to search for other places to stay.
Also it is advertised that there is a sailing club membership. We went there, had dinner and tried to use the card only to learn it was expired.

The condo was in a great location. I would definitely recommend having a 4x4 car. Steep and dirt road. The condo is well equipped and the views are magnificent. We had a bad odor when we arrived but put on a humidifier that was in the living room and it took care of the problem. Lots of good restaurants and several beaches within a short drive. Will definitely return.

Exactly as advertised. Close to beaches and incredible views. Property is well appointed and well stocked. Very clean and everything was in great working order. Outside the property is meticulously maintained including the pools. Covered parking is a nice bonus. Check in/out is very easy. Will definitely book this property again.

Our stay here was wonderful. The apartment was fully furnished with kitchen accessories as well as beach accessories. We really enjoyed having a boogie board, pool noodles, and beach towels to use! Internet TV allowed us to watch some shows in English in the evening while winding down. We greatly enjoyed the view from the beautiful. The last morning there a flock of parakeets put on a display for us, it was magical.

This was the second time that my family and I have stayed at Corona del Mar. The rooms are very spacious and has all the comforts of home. It is very comfortable and just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching sunsets and wonderful ocean views. We hope to return again in the future for our "3rd stay'!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at the property. It was pouring rain the day we got in, so the first thing we noticed was the welcome convenience of covered parking in the tenant garage. From the moment we got in the door, it was readily apparent that we had picked the right place! It was very clean and the views were perfect. There was plenty of room and we also appreciated all of the extras like beach towels or soft coolers for the day, snacks after a long day of travel, and a complementary package of coffee for a first morning (not having had the chance to pick up coffee ourselves). We were close to plenty of great restaurants, beaches, and activities. There were even a few great breweries to check out for those who enjoy! Our host Tony was readily available to answer any questions or assist with any recommendations for information. A few previous reviews before our stay mentioned the road coming up and its true, a four-wheel-drive would definitely be better suited, BUT we witnessed plenty of cars & tour buses driving up. It’s an unpaved dirt road uphill which is mostly packed, though some of the uphill portions are affected by rainwater creating small crevices in the roads between the rocks which make it bumpy. Don’t worry let that stop you though—once you get to the top you’ll be glad you made the trek up!!

Comfortably updated and decorated, the place exceeded our expectations. We went kayaking, ATVing, ziplining, sailing, jungle exploring, jet skiing...and boy, did we eat! The food was wonderful everywhere we ate, except Margaritaville (don't go there). Our concierge, Tony, was so attentive, with suggestions for activities and a great source of information, without ever feeling like he was being pushy. He's a gem. I'm hoping we get the opportunity to return.

WOW! What an amazing condo. The view alone is worth the trip but the condo is also adorable decorated making you feel very relaxed and in the ultimate vacay mode! Looking forward to coming back soon.

This place was AWESOME! Seriously, the pictures are accurate! My family and I thought we had the life of rich people staying at this place because it is so beautiful. We also went right after Labor Day and there was hardly anyone there, so we got the pool to ourselves most of the time. The view from the porches is gorgeous. The condo has everything you would possibly need. Absolutely no complaints on this condo. You'll feel like you are in an episode of Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous. If you want to go to the beach that has the island in some of the porch pictures, you just hang a right out of the condo and walk down the dirt road. You take another right onto a dirt road and have about a 1/4 - 1/2 mile walk to the beach. Also, do yourself a favor (if you have a car) to visit Playa Mina. It's a beach the locals told us about in the middle of nowhere and was gorgeous with great snorkeling. There is also Playa Penca (about 50 minute drive) which is close to Playa Hermosa and is where all the locals go. It was the prettiest beach we went to. Taking a drive to the Rincon de la Vieja volcano was about 2 hours from the condo, but worth it. We also visited the hot springs and mud baths there, though you pay $20 to do that as it is part of a hotel. Don't have any worries about this condo. You'll LOVE it!!!!

Died and gone to heaven.
The condo was fantastic. Beautiful decor, everything you would need to enjoy your vacation. Amazing views, great location, wonderful pools. The pictures of the views from the porches are representative of the gorgeous views. We would definitely rent again if visiting the area. Each room had big TV with cable. The wifi internet was fast as well. We went during the off season right after Labor Day in September. This is the time to go. There was virtually no one at the pool, nor hardly anyone at restaurants. Do yourself a favor and check out the beach nearby where there are daily great sunsets. To access that beach just hang a left on the first dirt road when driving up to the condo. Also if you want some great snorkeling look up Penca Beach near Hermosa Beach. Another great local spot was Playa Mina. Finally, mind the speed traps. We got stopped on 155 and had to pay the traffic cop $35. Watch the speed limit. Unfortunately, they were only stopping tourists and wanted money without issuing a ticket. We found out from locals later that day that this was completely illegal. Bummer way to end what was a great visit.

The condo was perfect and was exactly as I had hoped. All furniture and appliances were in like-new condition. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless. We enjoyed the early morning breeze through the large sliding doors. I have nothing negative to say about this rental. We stayed for two weeks and I still was not ready to go home. Our rental was a dream after our wedding in Tamarindo. The building is very quiet and the pools provided a fantastic break from the sun with views. We met a few nice guests, also from Canada. A nice little community. The unit itself was WONDERFUL! Every amenity you need. Beautifully decorated, great kitchen, comfortable bed, AMAZING views, great beach supplies and a lovely welcome basket. All you need to do is pack your swimsuit as the unit has everything you need. The rental company was also very pleasant to work with.

Condo was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed for a great stay. The deck furniture was perfect and really made our evening experience as we sat each evening sipping vino and watching the unobstructed sunsets (that is if we weren’t in the lower infinity pool with its own unobstructed views of the sunsets) Glennis and Eduardo from Krain were great and responded quickly to a couple of minor issues. Would definitely rent a property through Krain again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views were amazing from both bedrooms and the condo was immaculate. It is a short drive to everything. The one and only draw back is it is not really walking distance to a beach. Flamingo beach was about 1 mile up the peninsula. We tried a couple of different beaches in the area, but Falamingo was our favorite. The condo comes equipped with everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach. The pool were very nice, but we couldn’t resist the perfect temperature of the ocean water. The management company was also amazing! We booked several excursions through them. They even included transportation with pickup and drop-offs at the condo. It couldn’t have been easier. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was the second time that my family and I have stayed at Corona del Mar. The rooms are very spacious and has all the comforts of home. It is very comfortable and just minutes from the beach. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching sunsets and wonderful ocean views. We hope to return again in the future for our "3rd stay'!
