The condo was great and I am sure if it wasn't biker week I would of given 5 stars. But it was very loud and noisy.

We have stayed in this condo building several times before and this unit was definitely our favorite. The tenth floor makes it high enough for an awesome view but not to high up. It was very clean. My husband has some disabilities so the walk-in shower was differently a bonus. The only drawback we had was because of his disabilities the master bed is really tall and made it difficult for him but that was a minor problem. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back.

I’m not sure where to begin.My husband and I scheduled this vacation with my sister and brother-in-law however, the week we were supposed to leave my brother-in-law’s mom’s health rapidly declined. We attempted to reschedule the trip so they would be able to join us another time. The host would not allow us to reschedule even though his mom was on her deathbed. Unfortunately, my sister and brother-in-law were unable to join us being that family comes first.Once we checked in and started getting settled, I noticed that there was mold in the washing machine, the dishwasher leaked, and the bedroom sliding door would not open. The host sent a maintenance man to repair these items. Upon further investigation the curtains on the sliding door had stain that looked like blood, the headboard looked dusty and dirty, and the kitchen sink had something stinky in the garbage disposal. I also wish the host offered beach towels. Thankfully we brought our own. During our stay, we also had a difficult time with the cabana boys on the beach. Our stay included a free umbrella and two free chairs, however, what is not said at front is what chairs and umbrella are yours to be used. It is a first come first serve basis.

We absolutely loved this condo and the location. The condo was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. The balcony was well furnished with nice furniture and was were we stayed when the was at the condo. Blue Swell was great to deal with and will absolutely book with them again. When we are back in PCB i will definitely book this condo again.

Sunsets from the balcony were spectacular. We even saw a couple of dolphins while enjoying our coffee in the warm sun. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable, otherwise our stay was perfect. Thanks Blue Swells for having such friendly, helpful agents.

Ocean Villa1001/Seafoam Villa was a beautiful condo . It was very clean and the amenities were wonderful. The beach was so easily accessible. The process for reserving was very easy and check in and check out process was easy as well . Loved all the emails from Blue Swell . Will definitely use Blue Swell again !

Plenty of interior space, with large balcony facing the Gulf. Convienient to shopping. Nice furnishings. Under building parking option is a plus for handicapped. Overall cleanliness was good. Washing machine was moldy and smelly, so should be cleaned between stays. Used vacuum once, but had to ventilate the condo, due to the horrible smell it emmitted. Ice maker was turned off, so I had to research to find the on switch. Included beach chairs is a plus, but management of the chairs was poor, and not monitored very well. Would recommend no loud portable music/headphones only in pool area, or on grounds. People would sometimes play music so loud, that we could not talk at the pool, and would drown out the ocean waves on the 10th floor balcony.

Beautiful views
Renting this property was truly the easiest process I have experienced and my family has been renting beach houses and condos since 2003. The Building itself was well kept, condo was very clean. Condo was well furnished! Had Everything we needed except an ice cream scoop 😜. Parking was a breeze and both pools were clean and well lit at night. Would book again, same company same unit! Thank you for a great relaxing week!!

We stayed here for our family vacation in June. The place was great, well cared for, and in a great location. The balcony was so big and spent most of our time sitting on the balcony aside from being on the beach. The only thing that the condo did not supply was an ironing board and iron other than that it was perfect. We plan to stay here again next summer!

The unit was beautiful and very clean. Excellent location and very good beach access. The only thing I recommend is checking in advance to see what is going on in town before you go. We did not and ended up there during bike week! It was awful. I never want to come home from the beach, but I was definitely ready to get home so I could get some sleep! Those things aren’t so so loud and they ride them all day and night! So condo is a definite yes, bike week a definite NO!!!!!😁

Beautiful condo
The unit was beautiful and very clean. Excellent location and very good beach access. The only thing I recommend is checking in advance to see what is going on in town before you go. We did not and ended up there during bike week! It was awful. I never want to come home from the beach, but I was definitely ready to get home so I could get some sleep! Discover Panama City Beach, +
Renting this property was super easy . We had been looking at several locations around the same area through Virbo. This one had a great hot tub, pool and outdoor grill. The sunsets were beautiful , red algae blooms a bit of problem with the allergies.
