Loved everything about this place, very stylish & modern, had a fantastic stay for 3 nights. Avril & Simon very lovely and welcoming and I will be recommending to friends.

Well situated, accommodation very clean, warm and tidy. Avril was very welcoming and the snacks and Prosecco was lovely touch.
The apartment had everything we could need for cooking.

A beautifully created apartment in an excellent location. Avril welcomed us when we arrived, which was a lovely personal touch.
We would have liked a couple of extra mugs for tea please. The arrival instructions could be more concise.

A modern unique Property with Vaulted Ceiling and Mezzanine with views of Wells Harbour. Free parking available and great location to explore the Norfolk Coast .

Location was perfect 2 min walk into town
Accommodation has been finished off really well loved all the fixtures and fittings particularly loved the viewing area upstairs with the two chairs great to have morning coffee or chilling lookout in afternoon
Also loved that we could park our car right by property
