The location
One of the two sofas ( the sofa bed ) was broken ! We didn’t want to use it as a bed as there were only the two of us; however, the the seat cushions were at an angle ( maybe 30 degrees ) so we were not able to use it as seating.

Amazing views, warm and cosy. So quiet. Had everything that we needed. Great that we could bring our dog Misty.
Sofa bed uncomfortable to sit and relax on. Bathroom needs some tlc!
