Tarek was the best host we ever had. He was super friendly and welcomed us with great warmth. Beyond that he printed our ferry ticket at 6am in the morning with a smile.
The apartment has everything you need. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are good, the shower works well and you have a terrace.

Clean, comfortable, very practical but chic, great choice of takeaway and restaurants around. Comfortable beds, remote windows and blinds, great AC. The terrace was a great bonus, the washing machine was a lifesaver! The parking was very secure, behind remote controlled gate. Tarek, the host, I want to take him home, he was so nice! He even took us to the ferry in the morning! Thank you for a great stay! Livorno is a great place to spend a few days!

The car park is in the courtyard, which is locked with a gate. Thus very safe.

We liked about the property that it was clean, organized and in a nice area. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was big and had a functional washing machine, and the balcony was very nice

Thank you Tarek, you are a great host! A beautiful little house. Great terrace upstaires and the second one in front of the house. You feel like home. Comfortable bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen. Free and safe parking in the courtyard. Very good location, 5-8 min drive to the port. Minimarket very close. Tarek, the owner is a very kind person, always available, open and communicative. He even provided a small snak for us at the check-in. We recommend "La Casita".

Tarek is very kind and helpful, he's very nice and kind man. He meet us with fresh baked bread and small pizzas :), explained us things around the apartment and to see around the city. Having parking in Livorno behind the automatic doors is also a prestige. The apartment is clean, nice equipped, very useful with all stuff one might need. Close to the city center and to the coastline. Highly recommend for families of up to four.

The host is very kind and thoughtful. It takes very good cares to the tenants, wonderful! The house is well located near the railway and bus stations. The terrace is also very nice.

The location is fantastic, quite andclose to the beach and shops. The view is beautiful! We loved to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. There is very nice kitchen and everything beautifully arranged. Corinne is so nice and even she bought a new garden table for us after the two weeks old one was destroyed by strong wind. Thank you Corinne.

The location was close to the harbour, private car park, nice and clean apartmant. Tarek was very nice and gave us so many interesting information about Livorno and surroundings. We are glad to meet such a great guide. Thank you Tarek.

Tarek, who guested us, was fantastic, super careful and kind, professional and cheerful, made our arrival, stay and departure a great experience! Super available it felt like we have been knowing each other since forever ;)
The house is really really nice, very special and comfy/clean!

Our host, Tarek, is an amazingly beautiful person. From the moment we came to the gate his smile and his positive energy filled is with joy.
The apartment is large and easily fit our family. Tarek had a wonderful welcome gift of fresh breads that we had for breakfast. The restaurant at the end of the street was simple, but very good.
We wish we could have spent more time there.
There is no air conditioning, so it is warm in the summer.

A very kind host, who will suggest places to see. Gave the kid a gift. Big and comfortable bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. Free parking in the yard. Next to a bakery and a food store.

Very nice location & apartment! Also a very nice host, and it’s close to the harbor. We also liked the fact that the parking lot is secured with a fence. We recommend this place!
