this is a great property and would use again if we were to return.

Some of the amenities were lacking, had seen better days, or not working. The floors were not very clean. However, the property manager was very responsive and remedied most of our concerns. Very close to the beach. House had plenty of room. It truly sleeps 30. The house is immense.

We had 10 adults and 11 kids, and this home handled our group perfectly. Everyone loved the property — spacious, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The golf cart was a huge bonus, and beach access was an easy 5-minute walk. The rooftop views were great, and the pool/outdoor areas made it ideal for both kids and adults to relax and hang out.Communication with property management was quick and helpful throughout. All the adults agreed — this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely book again.

There is plenty of room to sleep what it says. However, note that the bunk rooms do not have doors (curtains only) and there can be echo throughout the house.
The table is great for eating but not playing games.
Minimalism is the theme. If you have 30+ people staying there, be sure to bring your own towels and blankets, if you just like to have a lap blanket. The upside was Echelon service. Kelly did respond promptly to every text that was sent.
She is what made our experience positive.
It was not a 5 star stay but it really could be. Location near the beach is awesome. And the rooftop is awesome as long as there is no wind.
There is no instruction/information book. It would have saved some frustration had we had a book to refer to about the house and area.
The stay was great because it was a perfect house for a large family that knows how to adapt.
