Questo condominio è ben curato con il 20% degli affitti annuali reinvestiti nuovamente nell'appartamento. Nel 2015 i pavimenti sono stati rifatti insieme all'acquisto della smart TV LCD. Nel 2016, le sedie sono state rinnovate, l'appartamento è stato ridipinto, un Google NEST installato e il rubinetto della cucina sostituito. Nel 2017. il divano è stato rifoderato, sono state aggiunte nuove lenzuola, cuscini e asciugamani e sono stati acquistati nuovi mobili da balcone. Nel 2018. l'appartamento è stato ridipinto, la gamma è stata sostituita con una nuova ed è stata acquistata una combinazione lavatrice / asciugatrice. Nel 2019. il bagno è stato ristrutturato, la vasca da bagno è stata trasformata in doccia moderna con pannello doccia all'avanguardia. La vanità del bagno è stata sostituita ed è stato aggiunto l'asciugacapelli ad alta potenza. È stata aggiunta una cassaforte personale.

Nicely renovated apartment. Kitchen supplies were on the high end side which made long tern stay like home. Location is excellent and it is in the middle of the city, so easy to access arround all areas. 20 minutes from the domestic airport. The balcony is located outside the bedroom was a plus. We had a few nights sitting outside to enjoy the wine. 24/7 security made it feel safe. Big Tv and refrigerator. Easy check in.
To be noted, you will be given a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper. After that, you'll need to buy your own supplies for long term stay.
The VRBO payment terms included putting down a deposit at time of booking and the balance to be processed on the move-in date. Two weeks prior to check in, the owner started requesting the remaining balance to be paid. We chatted with VRBO Customer Service to confirm our understanding of the payment terms were correct. Despite reminding the owner of the payment terms, he kept asking for immediate payment. We let the VRBO process play out and our final payment was processed on the check in date. After this, there were no problems and we would definitely stay again.
Also, be reminded there is a refundable security deposit collected by VRBO on the check-in date.

We had a wonderful stay. The location in Recoleta is fantastic—within easy walking distance of so many restaurants, cafés, and entertainment options, which made exploring the neighborhood effortless.The apartment itself was very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped. We appreciated the smart TV, the well-appointed kitchen, and especially having both a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the unit—those conveniences made the stay much easier. The 24-hour security and doorman also gave the building a very safe and welcoming feel.The rooftop pool felt like our own private retreat—we rarely saw anyone else up there. It was a quiet place to relax and unwind. We also loved the beautiful balcony with its comfortable furniture; having coffee there every morning quickly became our favorite daily ritual.Overall, a terrific place to stay and we would happily return.

Everything about this experience is great: the owner / host is super friendly and was happy to answer our silly questions by text message / phone; the doormen downstairs in the building are wonderful, friendly people who helped with luggage and rush to open the door, they're amazing; the location across the street from the UK embassy is super central and safe, it's very easy to get around from here. I stayed here with my 19 year old son, for us (or for a couple) this place is great, however more people likely will be a bit of a squeeze, but for the two of us we had plenty of space and a great time. There are a large refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, so we ended up having brought far too many clothes as we simply washed our clothes every other day. Water pressure in the shower is awesome. Everything works and is good. I'm sitting at the kitchen counter with a view across Buenos Aires and the Rio del Plata towards Uruguay as I write this, this has been a great experience, thank you! We only ate breakfast here and didn't cook, instead exploring the city's many wonderful restaurants and bars at night. We liked this apartment a lot and felt at home here, we'd highly recommend it to anyone. If you've questions, please by all means reach out!

I loved my stay in this apartment! It is in a great location, is well-maintained, comfortable. Communication with the property manager was almost immediate - I couldnt ask for anything more. Just FYI, the apartment is on a major street, so you will hear normal city sounds: sirens, trash pick-up, late night revellers, etc. But, for an urban girl like myself, thats just the sound of life in the city. The property description is totally accurate. I really hope to stay there again. Enjoy!
