Friendly family who take good care accommodating their guests and serving daily breakfast. Rooms are clean and the location is perfect: just around the corner from the center of the old town! Totally recommended!
Nothing at all!

The location is very near to Lyabi Hauz, it's good especially during this hot season. But as it's located inside an alley, the taxi stop us in front of Shukran hotel. The breakfast is good and generous portion. The host allow us to keep our luggage there after check out. She also let us to dry our wet clothes using the drying rack.
As many of other guest house, there is no lift and you need to carry your luggage upstairs. But the daughter of the host did help out.

Very sweet people running the guest house. The daughter speaks perfect English.
Not sure when they last cleaned the room and bathroom. Bed not confortable at all and do not expect bedsheets (only mattress cover and a blanket are provided - unclean blanket that looked already used by previous guests).
