Location and views are amazing
Old run down property that requires maintenance
Unable to take the short walk to the beach or along the track as unable to lock property from back doors and no other access options. Overpriced for what it was and what it offered

Lovely large modern property situated in a quiet leafy road, and with glorious views of the sea. It is adjacent to scenic coastal footpath walks. Master bedroom and dining/lounge areas are huge. Very well maintained and spotlessly clean.
