Questa casa climatizzata con 3 camere da letto si trova a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Woorim. Ha una grande veranda che avvolge circa la metà della casa e circonda la bella piscina dove si può godere i suoni dell'oceano e la vista di acqua particolare. Il salotto ha una TV a schermo piatto e comodi posti a sedere. La cucina completamente attrezzata si affaccia sulla sala da pranzo da otto posti. Tutte e tre le camere sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto e armadi a muro. Ci sono due bagni di cui uno privato, entrambi completi di doccia, toilette e vanity e il principale con una grande vasca da bagno. È il posto perfetto per catturare la brezza pomeridiana. Questa casa è completamente recintata e gli animali domestici per il vostro piccolo cane ben educato e solo a pochi passi sono tutti i caffè, club e negozi a Woorim tra cui la spiaggia di surf pattugliata.

The position was great. The house was perfect size for us. Great pool and close to beach. The couch in the lounge room smelt really bad and was very dirty. It was so smelly we had to remove the cushions and leave them outside on the verandah. Even then we couldnt use the lounge room because there was still a vomit smell. We contacted the real estate but never received any response or acknowledgement. We also let the agent know when we dropped the keys back but he was not really interested. If they replace the couch it would be a great little holiday house.

Very handy to dog friendly beach and shops.
Top of fans could with a wipe over as they were in use daily.
Filter on clothes drier was clogged with lint on our first use.
Overall the house inside was clean.
Enjoyed our stay and would book again.

This was a nice location with all the ammenties required. Its location was a short walk to the heart of Woorim. Park and beach 50m away. Pool and deck area was a hit with the kids. Nice quiet neighborhood, easy access to property. Would stay there again.

The bedroom window does not open in the second queen room, the towel rails fell off in the main bathroom. Had to clean the stove before I could use it, and ensuite sink was filthy and needed cleaning before I could use it. Dirt under beds had to sweep, dust made me sneeze.
