Spacious and had everything we needed for a great weekend away with friends. Host was prompt with communication.

Our group of 10 friends enjoyed our time here and appreciated the affordable price. Great location near multiple ski resorts. Large dinner table and living room was perfect for meals and games together. Beautiful woods view from the living room and deck. One person forgot an item and really appreciated Sean’s flexibility that we could come back and pick it up after checking out. Only downside - no outlets and limited lighting in one of the downstairs bedrooms. Overall, excellent place to stay!

Wonderful house conveniently close to ski resorts in Southern VT. The host is readily available by text and was incredibly welcoming. The house was clean and the town of Londonderry is cozy with a few great cafes and stores. Super close to ski resorts! Under 5 minutes to Magic Mtn., 15 to Stratton, and under 10 to Bromley. Kitchen also had a great supply of cooking and dining items so if you are one to cook a meal no need to worry.

Loved our stay with two families of four plus a friend. So open yet cozy, clean and close to the ski resorts. Just make sure you bring your own firewood, toilet paper, trash bags and fresh sponges.

The place had more than enough space to accommodate a group of 9 people. We were smack dab in the middle of almost everything. Close convenience store, gas station and liquor store less than 5 minutes away. Sean was very accommodating and I would definitely stay again. Thank you again for having us.

Family Friendly
This was a great property with a great location, we brought older children (young adults) but it would work for small children as well. The two living areas and big eating area were perfect for a large family.

Great house + location + value.
We enjoyed staying at this property! The house has a specious living room with a fireplace and kitchen. As a bonus, the house offers many table/card games to have fun during downtime. The property conveniently located near ski resorts, food markets, restaurants.
The owner was very responsive and made sure we enjoyed our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would love to go back again.

Nice and clean place.
Lots of room, nice size living room. Comfortable house. Only drawback was getting up the last road had an incline and was slippery. I had all wheel drive and it was easy. The other car with front wheel drive took a little extra to get to the house. Not a steep road at all. I would definitely rent here again. Nice views from the deck also.

Sean's home was clean and cozy!
We loved the house! There was plenty to do (games, movies, television and sledding!) The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view from the deck. We loved how close it was to the Manchester area where there was shopping and of course all of the ski resorts! It was a great weekend!!

Worth a Stay in any Season
Stayed here last winter. Decided to return for summer. Great patio for cookouts and backyard activities. A couple smallish bedrooms compensated for by two very large living/activity spaces. Very kid friendly. Close to lots of summer outdoor activities. Lots of birds hanging out in the back yard. Unfortunately, the bird feeder needs replacement. House is on a quiet dirt road well off the highway but only a mile from town.

Nice getaway
My husband and two small children rented this home for a long weekend. The house was great and had everything we needed for our stay. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was because there were small, dead flies all over the stovetop in the kitchen every morning. Otherwise, we enjoyed this rental and would recommend to others. We will likely be back next summer.

Fantastic!
We had a wonderful stay at Sean's chalet! The house was spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything you could need from cooking materials to toiletries! There is a beautiful mountain view which you can enjoy from the deck that wraps around most of the house. Sitting out there in the morning with a cup of tea was so serene, I never wanted to leave. Sean was extremely helpful & was very detailed with anything I needed to know for the stay. I absolutely fell in love in this property & hope to be back soon! 10/10 would recommend! :)

Spacious
Lovely chalet with a 60's feel to it. Common areas are very spacious. A couple bedrooms are a bit small. Individual room thermostats are great. Large mud room very handy for gear storage and drying. Nice grounds and a wraparound second floor deck great for watching the sun set. Good place for families with kids.

Beautiful, quiet, spacious
I rented the property from Sean and it was absolutely incredible. There were plenty of beds in the house in case you're bringing the kids, and is a quick short drive over to Stratton, or Bromley mountain. There was a leak in one pipe upon our arrival, but Sean called his Plummer over and within the hour everything was fixed and cleaned up accordingly. The house is extremely clean, would suggest for any family, or group to rent here first! Thanks Sean!!

Perfect for a family vacation
This house was just right for a five-day holiday-week stay with our extended group of young-adult children. We had plenty of space to gather around the fire and share meals at the table. The location was great for hiking and snowshoeing, too. Sean is a helpful, responsive host. The house was in great shape when we arrived and Sean was quick to answer the few questions I had. I highly recommend this location for a great get-away.

Large beautiful house with amazing views!
After having several family reunions at campgrounds we were looking for something more comfortable. This was absolutely perfect! Large and spacious for the entire family to spread out. You could feel the history of family and love in the house. It didn't feel like a vacation home, but OUR home for the weekend! Views of both Bromley and Magic Mountains from the 2nd floor deck. Beautiful outdoor patio and fire pit. Nearby to Stratton Mountain. Huge yard and tons of outdoor adventures for a summer visit or a large ski/mud room and large house for those winter ski getaways. The home has everything you need. It was clean and beautifully kept. Booking, arriving, utilizing and departing were a cinch. Beautiful attractions and quaint villages a stones throw away. This could not have been a more perfect location for our family to bond! Why get a few campsites, a condo or a hotel room when you can have a home? The bang for your buck is amazing. We are already planning our trip next year to our new favorite home away from home!
