Lagniappe II è una casa sul fronte del Golfo situata a circa 6 miglia a ovest di Hwy. 59 su West Beach Blvd. a Gulf Shores.
Nessun gruppo universitario: non è possibile noleggiare a gruppi di età inferiore ai 25 anni. Massimo di 14 adulti. Nel weekend dell'Hangout Festival è previsto un deposito cauzionale rimborsabile di $ 1000.
Questa casa sulla spiaggia di Gulf Shores ha due livelli con un ingresso al piano terra e offre divertimento esterno da un ponte di livello principale molto spazioso. Il secondo livello ha anche un mazzo esterno che è coperto. Ci sono bellissimi pavimenti in legno in tutte le aree comuni di questa casa con moquette nelle camere da letto.
Il livello principale di Lagniappe II presenta una zona giorno fronte golfo che abbraccia la larghezza della casa, una zona pranzo e una grande cucina completamente attrezzata con un bar piastrellato per ulteriori posti a sedere. C'è anche una lavanderia e mezzo bagno situato al livello principale. La camera da letto a questo livello si trova sul lato nord-ovest della casa e ha un letto matrimoniale con bagno privato completo.
Il secondo livello di Lagniappe II presenta un'area salotto comune con accesso al ponte esterno; ci sono quattro camere da letto e due bagni completi. Entrambe le camere da letto fronte golfo hanno ognuna un letto king size, mentre una camera sul lato nord ha due letti matrimoniali e l'altra ha due letti matrimoniali. We had a wonderful family stay at Lagniappe II! House was fabulous, beach was great and clean, and the communication with host was fast and effective. Lots of room for our extended family, and we enjoyed hanging out inside, on the deck, and at the beach! Would happily stay there again!

This is the perfect beach house! We had 8 adults and 6 children. We were comfortable and had plenty of room. The sand toys and chairs were awesome. We were steps from the beach with an awesome front balcony with plenty of chairs. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking meals at home. The under the counter ice maker was a hit! We loved it!!

The location was great. The beach access was wonderful and super close. The house has a fenced in area downstairs for pets / children which was very helpful. I was extremely disappointed in the quality of all furniture and cookware. Towels were all stained and very cheap sheets. One couch was an outdoor couch, the other was stained. Every surface needs to be deep cleaned. All vents were surrounded by water damage and mold. The countertops are overdue to be sealed. Many places needed to be painted. The cookware is past its prime and were impossible to keep from sticking / burning. When we arrived the cleaning crew had a broken chair at the garbage. Turned out we were missing that chair at dining table. The house is very spacious and for that I was thankful. The revenue made off of a house that rents for over $9000 a week needs to be better. Super disappointed in upkeep of the property.
