This house has it all! We cannot wait to go back next year. There is ample space with a master on each level. The bunk room was perfect for the 6 kids. We took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, mini golf (AMAZING), theatre and game room (kids favorite) and the short walk to the beach (less than 5 minute walk). The decks were perfect in the mornings and evenings. The dual kitchen was perfect for our multi-family group. Everything about this was absolutely amazing - this is my favorite spot and we have stayed all over OBX over these last few years. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The house itself was very nice and well appointed. Enjoyed the house very much. Beds were very hard and everyone one had difficulty sleeping. If they would change the mattresses I would stay here again. VRBO site stated sheets and towels included which was not the case. Only sheets included.

Amenities of this property are really enjoyable. We relaxed in the pool and hot tub, watched movies on a big screen (room was a bit cold though), and used the game room quite a bit. The little kids enjoyed the miniature gold, beach toys, kids toys, games and puzzles. It is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment, but not having a pantry was a bit of a challenge. We made do by using a few empty cabinets. Everything was clean when we got there and in order. I personally found the beds (I tried various ones) a bit too firm for my taste so I had to purchase something to help soften it and help me sleep better. Check in was easy and our overall stay there was pleasant.

This was our first time in the Outer Banks in a vacation rental home. We didn’t really know what to expect but we we pleasantly surprised with the whole experience. Carolina Sweet Tea served as an exceptional outpost for family of 12 including our children and their children. There were plenty of things to do without having to leave our rental home for adults and children with the added bonus of having the beach just a few blocks away. What an awesome 2 weeks we had together!

The house was wonderful! Having 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves 2 of everything worked great for our large group. The kids loved the movie room, miniature golf and all the games. We brought There beach chairs and beach toys but even more were provided. The mini golf course kept us all busy. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

Carolina Sweet Tea was a great stay for our family. Kitchen was well equipped and we loved the wood block island. The week was less than desirable weather so the hot tub was visited everyday sometimes twice. Plenty to do for the whole family of all ages. It’s well set up for babies/toddlers from pack and plays & toys on all floors. Sand toys, beach chairs and beach cart were available for use. The putt putt course is really cool too. Basketball goal, pool table and football available. Parking can easily fit six trucks. The beach isn’t far although we drove daily to the 4x4 beach. Only thing is everyone but the teens said that their bed was too hard. Also take your pillows along, ones provided were flat as pancakes. Location is first spot on street next to busy Hwy 12 so loud vehicles late and early. Overall was a great stay!

Great location. Short walk to the ocean. Loaded two kitchens in one. Convenient washers and dryers located on bottom and 2nd floor are quite convenient. Pool table, Foosball table, swimming pool and miniature golf course make it so much fun. We, especially, loved the outdoor hot tub. There is a shared bathroom with two bedrooms which is perfect for parents who want to be close to their kids. This so nicely decorated beach home has something for everyone. We loved it!

Property was nice with a 2 block walk to the beach. Had to go up then down steps to get to the beach so carts did not work well at that point. Beach was nice.
Property had lots of amenities that we really liked. Kids had a great time playing put put swimming, game room and movie room. Very comfortable house. I would have liked the bunk room (bedroom) to be more for a family....queen bed and separate bunks. Also better quality....for kids great but not for adults. Oh.....for older people lots of steps. But still 5 stars for us.

What can I say? This is the second time we stayed at Carolina Sweet Tee and we will be back in August. This house has everything you need for your vacation stay. There is plenty of room for everyone. WE had a couple of cooler, rainy days and enjoyed the inside activities. Puzzles, games, books, movies. My husband even played Yahtzee for the first time at age 63. It's a short walk to the beach. The mini golf course is always fun for everyone. The pool area is spacious with plenty of seating and gets sun all day.

Everything was clean and neat. The house decor was nice. The kitchen was fantastic with a lot of space and had plenty appliances.

Outside was gross. There wasn’t a single entrance that didn’t have to be cleared of massive webs and animal droppings before entering. I took photos. We will not use this rental company again. Where do I begin? This house was the best we have stayed in since we have been visiting the area 11 years ago. The "double" kitchen was awesome. Having two of dishwashers, stoves, microwaves, and refrigerators was the best! Not to mention two washers and dryers. The mini golf course in the yard entertained everyone without having to pay for each game. The kids enjoyed watching movies in the theater room. The pool area was in the sun all day and evening. The walk to the beach was not that far. The house was clean and not cluttered with decor as some houses are. I could go on and on.

The house and amenities were good. The house was not as clean as expected upon arrival. The tile counter top in the kitchen was cracked and has the potential to injure. The used/dirty rental towels and sheets from the last renters were left on site the whole week. the pool had three umbrellas all were unusable. The pictures on the website did not portray the wear and tear of the property.

We have been coming to Corolla and specifically to Endless Summer/Sweet Tee from the beginning of our family vacations here a few years ago. The house is very conveniently located in an exceptional area of the Outer Banks. Our family and friends like the amenities of the home and spacious living and recreational features. The home theatre and game room are hits with the kids and the pool is always fun. The spa is great for the adults to relax before turning in. Definitely recommend this to others.

Overall we had a nice vacation and the house accommodated our extended family - adults & kids nicely. The house had not been vacuumed, floors were not mopped & refrigerators were not wiped down upon arrival. The cleaning company was willing to return the following day but with kids of all ages taking naps at different times it was just easier for us to do the cleaning ourselves. Matching sheets to beds was a nightmare...many of the sheets were mis-marked (some had tears or holes)...we've never stayed at a place that provided linens that required the renter to match sheets to beds. There were several nails popping up in various places on decks, some of which we fixed ourselves (for fear of someone getting hurt) but did make the property manager aware. The location was great...a quick walk to the beach and there were plenty of beach chairs & a beach cart available. The double kitchen made preparing meals for everyone a cinch!

Overall we had a blast, but the house had many areas that were less than desirable! Upon check-in we were told to come to the office for the keys, which we given the code and a "welcome bag" with 1 roll of toilet paper(for 7 bathrooms), 1 roll of paper towels, a sponge, and a dish detergent pack. The front door/porch was covered in bugs and webs. The house was not clean, water balloon scraps on rugs in most rooms, sand on floors. The clean sheets are left outside for you to put on the beds (all the bedspreads and throw pillows are not cleaned!) Almost all of the bed skirts are ripped. No towels or dish soap for the kitchen. The kitchen counter was cracked in several spots and needed to be regrouted. The yard and pool area were full of weeds, deck needed to be power washed. The deck had nails sticking out and was not super sturdy. The pool liner was coming apart from the edge of the pool in several spots. The putt putt course was flooded and covered with weeds. The entire downstairs area smelled of mold. We called for a clog in the downstairs drain and service never came out. There was a parental control that only allowed 3 tvs to be watched at a time (cable channels) and would kick someone off from viewing. We were told the homeowners would not allow us to use the code. We will surely be looking for a different house for next year. The pictures look so much nicer than the property actually is.

Overall the experience was amazing. The house is spacious and super nice. The movie theater was a hit with the little kids and the pool table was a hit with the big ones!! The pool was great and the hot tub was used a lot.
We experienced one maintenance issue with the septic tank. It took 3 phone calls for the folks to arrive to assess the situation. But once they got there they were very helpful in getting it resolved quickly.

However, upon arrival, we were not happy with the cleanliness of the house...toilets were not clean, floors were dirty (found ibuprofen on the bedroom floor), and the dining room table had crumbs on it. We called Carolina Shores immediately. They were quick to send someone over to clean the bathrooms, but we were not impressed with even the second so called cleaning. We also found other issues with the house throughout our stay which were reported on the Damage Report.

Great place for an extended family! We had a delayed celebration of parents 50th Wedding Anniversary with dinner at The Paper Canoe. Saw Corolla wild horses. Some did paddle board while others kayaked. Revisited the light house, this time on a sunny day. Took lots of photos.

The house was nice and easily accommodated 12 adults and 5 children. Loved that it has 2 refrigerators, however 1 defrosted all the time so water drained to the bottom but it did keep everything cold. The house was well equipped with dishes and kitchen supplies to prepare almost anything! Beds were a little hard but not too bad. The pool and hot tub were perfect to entertain the young kids until we headed to the beach. Only 1 mile from the grocery store, so the location was very nice! Would definitely recommend this place for an inexpensive place if you have a large family!

We enjoyed our stay! Kitchen was well equipped for a large group. 2 refrigerators, 2 stoves, 2 microwaves and 2 dishwashers! Very nice.

We returned after staying last year for 3 weeks and signed up for a month this year. The property was in better condition and there was a new hot tub, we thoroughly enjoyed. The home theatre downstairs (very well done) is fantastic and was a big hit. It would be great if we could stream through an HDMI hook up in the future, to avoid Red Box and allow us to view a wider range of shows. The double kitchen is great and there is plenty of room to spread out. It is in need of some upgrades (worn out blenders, leaking frig but no deal breakers). The kids loved the game room and having a nice sized (real) inground pool is wonderful.
