Questa casa unifamiliare con 5 camere da letto e 2 bagni può ospitare comodamente 12 persone! Si trova a pochi passi dalla spiaggia, dal lungomare, dallo zio Bill's Pancake House e dal ristorante Kessel's Korner. A soli 3 isolati dalla spiaggia e dalla fine del lungomare, ogni blocco solo 2 case e un piccolo vicolo di accesso. Altre caratteristiche includono aria centrale, WiFi, forno / gamma, microonde, tostapane, macchina da caffè, lavastoviglie, lavatrice / asciugatrice, TV via cavo in soggiorno, camera matrimoniale e camera al primo piano e ventilatori a soffitto nella maggior parte delle camere. C'è un parcheggio dietro la casa e un sacco di parcheggio nella parte anteriore. C'è una grande area doccia esterna e un'area di deposito sicura per i tuoi articoli da spiaggia. Il cortile è completamente recintato e consente grigliate sotto le stelle. La nostra casa è senza fumo. I noleggi sono settimanali da sabato a sabato. Sei tag spiaggia sono inclusi con la casa insieme a sei sedie a sdraio. (Non garantito)

Other than the normal arrival and departure traffic, this week was perfect for my extended family. House beautiful and well maintained. Terrific contact with the owner both before and after our rental week.

Second time staying at this house and loved it! It is just as advertised, clean, and great location. Property owner was easy to get in touch with and very responsive!

Overall our family had a great time at this property. It was in a nice location, just a few blocks from the beach. We walked with a loaded cart each day. Plenty of parking on the street. Realistically, the driveway in back fits two cars. The front porch is great, bedroom terrace is a nice option though we hardly used it, and the backyard is nice. Dining room can fit up to 10 with all the chairs in the house used. The living room is very large and comfy. The house was clean overall but the cleaning crew missed a few items. The items that could be improved are: the barbecue grill plates are clean (of food) but starting to rust—we bought a grill topper at Acme to cook on top of; the front door knob is difficult to lock/unlock and needs repair; the house was difficult to cool evenly on the hot days—the downstairs would be super cold and the bedrooms upstairs were still warm and needed the ceilings fans to break the heat; the small bedroom on the main floor has the AC unit right outside the window so it does make a good amount of noise and vibrates—-not for a light sleeper for sure. Personally I didn’t mind it too much and slept there, but the others in the group could not deal. Overall we had a great time and I would certainly consider staying here again.
