Location and star gazing activity
Dinning apparatus like soup container and other dish container were not serviceable. They needs to be replaced as covers were broken or not holding their upright positions

Throughly enjoyed our stay at the Cygnett resort. The staff and the amenities were excellent and will definitely return here to explore Nanital further. There was only one slight issue regarding the heating, which was resolved quickly. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
As per before, the heating, especially at this time of the year, needs to be robust.

Lavish buffet spread
We asked for a heater as it was very cold - they kept giving us spoilt ones. After getting it replaced three times we finally gave up. You had to leave the water on for 15mins for hot water!
