it’s okay for couples, but you can’t cook so just need to buy food and reheat or refrigerate. But the unit has a nice view.

Its a quite and safe place.
It took 30minutes to 1 hour to ride the elevator because building with 23 floors only using 1 elevator other 2 is not working.

The room was good but you need to pay for the parking which is 5mins walk from the building, i wish there is a dedicated parking for the guest within the building.

The condominium itself is quite impressive, including its security. The room was stylish and had the things we needed for a one night stay. Bed was comfy and clean. View was great from the balcony and windows. Location was also good. Near sky ranch.
The bathroom could use a little revamping. As I mentioned in what I liked, the room was stylish, but I could not say the same for the bathroom. There were also some dirt stains here and there. The toilet roll was not replaced, but I cannot complain about this too much considering environmental factors.
The parking was also a bit pricey. Php 350 per night for a parking which is not even in the same building (although just next to it). There is however a cheaper option for Php150 per night but you have to walk a longer distance without cover, which is not ideal if it is raining, which was the case when we stayed. There was also a bit of waiting time in processing the parking slot.

Aside from the place the view from the terrace what i like most .. so peaceful, we had our dinner overlooking the view of tagaytay.. until next staycation..
The wifi is weak and maybe upgrading next time to have netflix ...hehe

The place is similar to the pictures. Very simple and clean. The view is amazing. We had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Would love to go back to this place.

I love the overall feels of the unit!
- Clean Kitchen, bathroon and bedroom areas.
- The beddings and towels are clean and smells so good!
- The bed is soft and comfortable to sleep with! Plus the very soft blanket!
- Shower heater is working just fine too!
- Utensils and plates are provided!
- Appliances such as ref, microwave and electric kettle are all working fine, (we were able to use them all)!
- Since it is an end unit, you’ll get to have 2 windows! A plus! With a view of the Skyranch!
- Ms. Cecille is so accommodating. :)
-Internet was working fine until the night and it didn’t worked from then on. 🥲
- There was a TV but no netflix and it cannot be connected to the wifi wirelessly (just a suggestion).

I really love the location because of the view. and i like the dining concept.
lots of loose hair in the floor and in the kitchen sink. no trash bin in the kitchen area.

I like that the owner is very approachable and she even went the extra mile to ensure that we will be able to book their room. I like that the room is on the 15th floor and we got the perfect view of ferris wheel of skyranch at night.
The caretaker is not too responsive, good thing the owner was really nice. She was able to assist us and address it right away, the caretaker is not reponding to our messages. And we feel that the sofa and the restroom was not thoroughly clean by the caretaker.
