Hotel was very comfy and the staff were lovely. The TV had Netflix and Youtube and the home comforts were available. It was clean and in a really good location in Koh Tao just on Sairee beach. The hotel were also helpful in organising transfers from the port. We were wary when we saw some complaints about the breakfast but we think this may have been when the hotel was under construction. The breakfast was served in the hotel and was lovely with amazing views. We would definitely return.

The water temperature was hit and miss, often we couldn’t get hot water in the shower. It was also quite noisy at night being on the main strip, this was not a fault of the hotel though.

Great hotel for a vacation with a beautiful beach! The staff was super friendly:) Would come again.

The only thing that could be better was the water in the shower. It didn’t get very cold which would’ve been nice after a long day in the sun.

The tiny scruffy reception room which gave us a instant bad impression of the hotel. Never stayed anywhere with such a poor reception./no proper chairs they were Tea chests. The room & bathroom small, not enough clothes space & 2 hangers !! .

Le petit déjeuner pourrait être un petit peu mieux. 3 choix : le petit dej Américain : une assiette composée de flageolets, œufs, champignons, 1 galette de pommes de terre. Avec café ou thé. Ou THAI : une soupe de riz et café ou thé ou .. un bol de fruits frais avec des céréales et du yaourt. Café ou thé

Das Hotel liegt direkt am sauberen Strand. Schöne Aussicht direkt vom Zimmer und Balkon, wo man das Treiben der Taucher und der Boote verfolgen kann. Personal sehr freundlich. Sehr lebhafter Strandabschnitt, gutes Frühstück direkt am Beach. Viele Shops unmittelbar erreichbar. Mittendrin im Abenteuer. Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es hat alles, was man braucht. In der Nähe viele gute Restaurants.

Beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations. Pas de transat sur la plage, dommage on avait pris un hôtel front de mer pour profiter de la plage tranquillement. Très mal insonorisé. On profite toutes les nuits de la bamboche du bar d’à côté. Oublie de serviette de toilette dans la sdb. On sort de la douche « ah ben la femme de ménage n’a pas mis de serviette dans la chambre aujourd’hui » Ménage fait à la va vite. Petit déjeuner au resto d’à cote où le service laisse bcp à désirer. (35 minutes d’attente le 1er jour, ils nous avaient oublié. Le dernier jour nous venons à l’ouverture (7h30 - c’est même écrit sur les coupons petit déjeuner) car nous devions partir tôt prendre le bateau. On nous répond que nous ne pouvons prendre qu’un café car les cuisines sont fermées jusqu’à 8h. Je réponds que ce n’est pas normal, que j’ai payé mon petit déjeuner et qu’il est indiqué qu’il ouvre à 7h30. Le serveur me demande d’un ton agacé si je comprends l’anglais (et donc ce qu’il vient de me dire) … Pour 600 euros les 4 nuits, la qualité n’y est pas

Amazing location on Saree beach. 1st room with balcony was just right. Restaurant staff, exceptional.Restaurant staff exceptional. Mini bar great value for money, competing with 711. Cocktail 100 baht each 2-6pm. Amazing.

Small bathroom. Busy area so can be noisy outside, hotel cannot control this. They do provide ear plugs.
