Great location. Beautiful canal view.
So much noise from the dock across the canal. They kept us awake all night on Saturday moving things out of the facility.

Three weeks in very firm beds with flat pillows, we were overjoyed with the softness of the sheets, blankets and pillows. The location was charming, overlooking the canal, and the staff so helpful with proactive logistics communication and sharing recommendations. Highly recommend!
The charming location does come with afternoon noise from gondolas and the heavy walkers in the upstairs apartment was quite noisy at night, but that’s expected.

The location, the cleanliness, the room was spacious with a fantastic view

Great location to shopping, all sightseeings and water taxi station. Super friendly staff.
The floor is not even and maybe because it’s in Venice?
No elevator and no helpers to carry the luggages.
