The villa is excellence. It is located 15 min drive from the Chawenf and 18 min drive from Lamai. 5 minutes drive there is a street with restaurants and massages. Please know that you must have a car a scooter, as the villa is not on the Central Street. But you can comfortably order grab a panda and a taxi of course. The facilities are great, there are three absolutely separate bedrooms, one is linked to the living room and has its own bathroom, and two rooms are separate units with one bathroom in between them (connective door). The pool is great, there is no direct sun most of the hours so you can see all day long. It's very quiet but still very close to the center. The villas I would feed for three friends or three couples and there is enough privacy to spend there even a week. The communication was very easy and very clear, and they were available all the time through WhatsApp. Highly recommended for all miserable points.

The host met us on arrival and was helpful. The villa had everything we needed. Clean and tidy and very attentive staff.

The pool didn't appear to have been cleaned before we arrived. One of the bathrooms clearly had some kind of sewage blockage and although the staff were super receptive and responsive, they could not fix the issue. The smell of urine was nauseating to the point we checked out two days early. The location is also not ideal for the elderly or immobile as it's very hilly and out of the way.
