We were soo close to everything. We didn’t drive once while there, just a Uber from the airport and back. Our stay was so comfortable and convenient and we had great communication with the property owner. The condo is so cute and homey. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Clearwater Beach.

The place was easily placed in the middle of it all. We walked to the beach daily as well as to the strip. Definitely saved on parking!

The condo was clean and close to the beach, park and Clearwater pool. Michael was very receptive to email and text and helped us with anything we needed. The location is great for families, quieter part of the beach at the north end. We will be back soon!

We rented this condo to go to a wedding at the Sand Pearl Resort and I can't say enough nice things about it. The location was perfect! Short hop to the beach and shops and restaurants. It was exactly as shown in the pictures and very very clean. We had a wonderful time and I would not hesitate to recommend this condo. Thank you!

We really enjoyed this property. All of the amenities and the easement of getting to the beach made it easy for our children as well as us as adults to relax. The beach is not crowded either being on this end. Micheal made it very easy to get in and explain things very well. Will definitely be back.

There was dirty towels in the bathroom. Beds not made. Dirty dishes In such. Called to check in and manager told me that we were not to check in until next day. I told him that we were to check in that night. He told me that he would call me back. He waited and call me back 30mins. Later. He said yes I was to be there that night , he would try and get someone over to clear the place. It took 2 hours before someone came over to clear the place. I bel6 I should be refunded for the first night because the place was not ready for my family. The back bathroom did not have hot water.

Perfect place within walking distance to everything!! 2 blocks to the beach was the best. Having a washer and dryer was great! Will definitely be back hopefully sooner then later

Great stay over spring break. Enough room for everyone and close to the beach, restaurants and shops!

Our stay was wonderful. Location was excellent. Condominium was very comfortable and homey. Having washer and dryer was a plus. If just one downfall it would be the process off the bedrooms. They needed a good cleaning and to be painted but, in their defense they did want to do the porches while we were there but did not feel comfortable letting them in and out while we were there. Would definitely rent again!! Everything was walkable!!! We did not have a car for two week! Communal pool nearby and tennis and pickle ball courts as well.

Property was located a short 2 block walk to the beach. Property had convenient parking. All in all a great place for a week long stay. The only small negatives were a small kitchen, and the people staying in the apartment next to us for a couple nights (they sat out in the common area just outside our door, smoked and talked in the evenings - the smell of the cigarettes and sound drifted through our front door).

My husband and I stayed for a few days with another couple and it was perfect! We flew down from Michigan, spent a few days in Orlando then headed to Clearwater Beach. The vibe is sort of "Old Florida" so very laid back and a little retro- not like the white everything of the cookie cutter resorts directly on the water. The host was super quick to respond to check-in questions. The location is great - less than 5 minutes from the beach, and at the end of the strip (I think it was about a 10-15min walk to pier 60). Close enough to the scene to enjoy everything but far enough away to be quiet at night. Plenty of towels, extra blankets, washer&dryer etc to make it feel like home. The kitchen had all the basics and a dishwasher which was helpful - we like to cook some of our own meals on vacation to save money. There's a cute little patio area where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and drinks at night. It was also cool enough when we stayed to turn off the AC and open the windows (it turns out that FL winters are very similar to northern MI summers haha). Oh! It was super cool there were chairs, a shade tent, cooler, etc for the beach! SO nice since we couldn't pack our own. We normally don't repeat vacation spots but with so much to see in the area we'll definitely be back 😊

Property was very clean and had everything we needed! Michael was very nice and responded right away to inquiry and gave us great information on the area. It was a two minute walk to the beach! We were very impressed and will stay again if we get the chance.

Everything was as advertised. Place was clean and comfy. Location was great. 5 mins to the beach. Ample parking and TVs in the bedrooms was a nice touch. Host was attentive and easy to reach. Will be a place we check for availability next time we come back.

We had a really nice time on our family beach trip. The kids loved having the playground so close to the condo and the walk to the beach was super convenient. The kitchen and laundry room were small but perfect for what we needed for this trip. Having beach chairs and beach towels is always an extra perk not having to pack ours. I would definitely recommend this location for a small family or friends getaway.

The property is as listed. Well decorated 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms with spacious living area is located within walking distance of all the wonderful amenities that Clearwater Beach has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will stay here again.

Great location and awesome price for the area. Walked to almost everything. Kitchen supplies well-stocked. Refrigerator could be updated. Only complaint is that the bedrooms were so small that they did not have dressers or any place to put luggage. Suitcases were on the floor and we had to crawl over them to move around. A couple of luggage racks would have been so helpful.

We enjoyed our stay a great deal! We stayed for 6 nights and it worked well for our needs. Although not directly on the beach, it wasn’t far at all! Honestly it was closer to it than I even expected after looking at pictures, which was a nice surprise! Beds were comfy and it was so quite, and we always felt safe. Only downfalls for us is that, although advertised to have a grill, the bottom had rusted out and could NOT be used, which was a shame because we bought several meals to grill and that was wasted. Also, and this was the biggest disappointment for me, although advertised to have a pool a block away, you still had to pay to get into it $3/per person per day, and up until check in, we didn’t know that because it doesn’t it anywhere on the listing and because my son is young and I didn’t know how he’d do in the ocean a pool was a huge thing I had as a “necessity” when picking a condo, so if your looking for a place with a pool nearby, keep that in mind. Otherwise, it was a nice place to have our vacation, Michael was nice, and made it known that if we needed anything to call or text. Thankful to have found it!
