I liked the location and fast check in process.
The bed linen was dirty and could Not be used. The air conditioner remote was not working. The toilet hand shower was not there at all. During check out it took almost an hour to prepare the GST bill because of the incompetency of the reception staff.

One of the two rooms taken was smelly. Felt like a decaying rodent somewhere in there. However, staff was prompt to come and help.

Restaurant facilities are very poor, the behaviour of kitchen staff apathetic, food so so, and most importantly, wifi facilities are very poor.
