We absolutely loved our stay at this charming cottage in Ogunquit! The location could not have been more perfect. Perkins Cove is right down the street, breakfast spot and bookstore across the street and “That Place” restaurant is conveniently located right on the property. It’s also only about 15 minutes from the center of town, with tons of shops, prepared food stores, homemade ice cream shops, and amazing restaurants. The footbridge to the beach was also such a wonderful convenience to the location, you can walk, bike, take the caddy or trolly & drive to the beach, plenty of parking and so close to the cottage! The property has a pool and absolutely everything we needed and more. It was beyond my expectations. One of my favorite surprises was being able to leave with clean laundry, which made coming home so much easier!I honestly wanted to stay another week. This was one of the best vacations I’ve taken with my kids in years, and I would absolutely stay here again. We made such wonderful memories and could not have asked for a better place to stay!

Perfect location a short walk to Perkins Cove. Ogunquit is busy in the summer and we loved that we could park the car and walk to town, Marginal Way, and Little Beach and not deal with parking and traffic. The host was there to greet us which was a nice touch. The unit is cozy and small but much more space than a hotel or condo. Just right for two adults and two teens. We selected the unit for the location and pool. The pool is shared with other units and got a bit crowded at times with kids and their pool toys.

Very nice property in an excellent location.

We had a wonderful time staying here in August - it's a great walkable location, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. The kids loved the pool! The owners were extremely quick to respond to questions and were very helpful. Highly recommended!
