L' appartamento"le antiche mura " si trova in un palazzo storico di origine medievale, in uno degli angoli più suggestivi della città.
Al suo interno è ancora possibile osservare il percorso delle vecchie mura difensive. Un altro particolare di pregio è una splendida colonna a vista nel centro del soggiorno.
Situato al secondo piano con ascensore, l'appartamento di 93 mq risulta confortevole ed accogliente. Gli ambienti sono luminosi, grazie ad alti soffitti ed ampie finestre, che offrono in più un ottima vista sulla caratteristica piazza sottostante.
L'interno è composto da soggiorno con zona pranzo, cucina e bagno di servizio. Un corridoio da poi accesso a una camera matrimoniale, un ampio bagno e una camera singola.
Bagno appena ristrutturato, mobilia camera nuova e divano letto e materassi nuovi.
L'appartamento si trova nel centro storico di civitavecchia, vicino al porto e ad un passo dal mercato, con i suoi tipici colori e profumi. In più è nel cuore zona dove si concentrano il maggior numero di ristoranti e locali della città: un vero distretto del food e del drink tra piazza saffi. Via Monte grappa e via Trieste.
In struttura sarà richiesta la Tassa di soggiorno ( tourist tax).
3 EUR a persona per i primi 5 pernottamenti.
Sono esclusi bambini sotto i 10anni e persone disabili.
Possibilità di organizzare Transfer da aeroporto ad appartamento e viceversa, costo 120 euro a tragitto.

The second bedroom is a loft and a little small. In order to sleep 4 adults, the couch in the living room is used. The property is being updated and many of the minor issues will be address by the remodeling. The host, Fabrizio, was amazing. He was very concerned with out stays and was very helpful in navigating the train strike that occurred while we were there. The location was excellent and a very convenient stay prior to our cruise. I highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Fabrizio makes every efforts to ensure his guests have an enjoyable visit to Civitavecchia. He communicates regularly with helpful information and suggestions. He picked us up promptly at the airport and helped us settle into the clean and spacious apartment. The restaurants on the street below can be lively on the weekends but the noise ended before midnight. Thank you for everything Fabrizio!

The property was located in the heart of Citavecchia within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and historic sites. Our host Fabrizio was amazing and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment was spotless and overlooked the cobblestone street that was alive with restaurants, live music and appeared to be the hot spot for locals. An added bonus was a washing machine in the apartment and a fully equipped kitchen. We were also able to enjoy the local farmer’s market during our short stay. We were leaving on a cruise and spent a few days here before boarding. We will definitely stay again when in the area!!
