Clean and cute.
The parking situation and the stairs. I guess I had no idea how complicated and expensive it is to park in Boston. We spent a lot of money for the overnight parking garage. We had a few suitcases to drag up to the fourth floor and narrow stairs.

Staff were helpful. They respond my messages as soon as possible. And location was really good, it was close to everywhere we wanted to visit. Very walkable and close to metro station.
Room wasn’t clean enough. On the bed we saw some hairs that doesn’t belong to us. It was under the blanket. I always bring my own bed sheet and pillow cover anyway but I think they can be more cautious about that. And also there were holes on the ceiling and i couldn’t stop thinking what if a bug comes from that hole, but it could be me overthinking.

Location is great. Access codes are convenient. Cleanliness throughout. Comfortable bedding and useful (although small and limited) kitchen amenities.
4th floor room was extremely hot on warmer days, AC function could not be turned on. Smart TV did not work, only cable. Very limited kitchen tools. Shower door not properly sealed, water leaked during use.

Location is great
The bed is tiny and very uncomfortable
The room is on the top floor with luggage and no lift this is very hard to access
One window so minimal air to the room felt very claustrophobic and expensive for what you got
