Ci sono due aree coperte per intrattenere con un barbeque situato sul ponte superiore livello. C'è una lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice. La casa offre wifi gratuito e due televisori ciascuno con Foxtel e un lettore DVD. La casa è bambino amichevole con scivolo in barriere di legno nella parte superiore e inferiore della tromba delle scale e un seggiolone. La casa è adatta per animali domestici, si prega di informarsi riguardo ai vostri animali domestici.

Loved it! Day one feeling pretty stressed from a busy year at work. Day two totally relaxed!
Best holiday ever.
These were comments my son and wife who stayed in the property told me. I organised the holiday for my son’s 50 th.

We had the most magical holiday ever at Straddie beach house. There was enough room for two families. The house is very comfortable and thoughtfully furnished, with a well-equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were amazing and the beds were very comfortable. So close to the beach and a sturdy cart thoughtfully provided to pull our stuff down there. Also you could walk to the pub. The two decks were great as the kids could have one and the adults have the other. Our host gave us wonderfully clear instructions and was very accommodating. We will definitely be back!

Thanks very much for this awesome accomodation. I have previously stayed in this house and we couldnt fault it in any way. Great location not too far away from the pub/ beach and walks. Check in process was simple and easy and amenities and bedrooms are a great layout for larger groups. Would 100% recommend and would stay a 3rd time!

Fabulous location and a typical Straddie style holiday house. We would stay again if there were some additions like air conditioning, fixing the outdoor shower which is completely overgrown but still works, some general maintenance/clean up, the home is older and in need of some TLC in the bathroom downstairs etc. Overall we had a lovely weekend but for the price we just would love some of those things taken care of if we stayed again.

We had a family gathering at this property (Feb 2023).
Kristen was fabulous to deal with, very clear with the instructions and easy to communicate with.
Excellent sleeping set up with 3 bedrooms & 1 bathroom downstairs, plus a bedroom / ensuite upstairs.
A good size deck with bbq on the top floor, same level as lounge room & kitchen.
Ideal location, very short walk to the beach and a easy walk to the Straddie Hotel.
I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at the Straddie Beach House. The location is amazing, close to the main and cylinder beaches, and local pub. The house is spacious and nicely designed! Lots of light and different spaces for quiet time and time together. We loved it!

House very well equipped. Great area for dogs downstairs. Great location. The house could definitely use a spring clean and was smaller than expected. No air-conditioning.

Perfect location for our purposes.
House is older so lower rating for cleanliness only due to windows/screens/louvres not cleaned to 5* - no complaints just trying to give accurate review.

This is an ideal stay for those with small indoor pets or children. Beautiful house, loved the ideal location at point lookout. Close to rental scooters for hire. Within walking distance of several beaches. Would absolutely stay here again, on a quiet relaxed street. Had my 2 Jack Russells with me, who had the best time. Had access to baby gates for my blind Jack with no eyes. To ensure he didn't fall down the stairs. Thank you again.

We had a nice stay, it was great to be able to bring our dog and easily walk to a lovely dog friendly beach. Kristen the owner is very easy to deal with and our first ever trip to Minjerribah/Stradbroke Island was a big success.

Great location-walk to Cylinder Beach
We had a nice stay, it was great to be able to bring our dog and easily walk to a lovely dog friendly beach. Kristen the owner is very easy to deal with and our first ever trip to Minjerribah/Stradbroke Island was a big success.

Great location, plenty of bedrooms. Good beach supplies. Could be improved by culling redundant kitchenware. Would also have been nice to have somewhere to lounge outside e.g. daybed on lower balcony rather than a 3rd dining table.

Had high hopes for the price we paid that the property would be comparable to others we’ve stayed at on Straddie, but was disappointed on arrival. After years of coming to the island, this is the worst we’ve stayed in.
Impossible to sleep past 5am thanks to the lack of any working window coverings, and when stripping the beds found that the pillows were spotted with mould, along with the walls and bed head in the 4th bedroom.
The building its self is dated and in need of major maintenance… combined with the inconsistent mash up of decor, it left us feeling like the price / value equation didn’t add up.
The saving grace is the close proximity to the beach and pub, where we found ourselves spending as much as possible.

House of fun and relaxation

The accommodation was ideal for our group of 5 adults and 3 teenagers and the beds very comfortable.

Amazing outside area with BBQ.
Kitchen fully stored with basic cooking and all the kitchenware you can think of!
Fully fenced area downstairs for our 2 Staffies! They loved it!
