Benvenuto in spiaggia! Casa sulla spiaggia con vista sull'oceano in affitto. La casa è letteralmente sull'oceano con una spiaggia privata! Completamente rinnovato nel 2017 e aggiornato nel 2019.
Goditi il ponte con una griglia a gas Char-Broil per barbecue di famiglia mentre guardi il bellissimo oceano e goditi albe e tramonti spettacolari! Questa casa sulla spiaggia ha una doccia esterna privata. Ci sono due condizionatori a pavimento e quattro condizionatori a finestra in questa casa. Le caratteristiche domestiche comprendono 4 camere da letto e 1 bagno e mezzo, oltre a un ampio spazio per mangiare in cucina, una sala con vista sull'oceano e un soggiorno. Se si è in vacanza, l'ufficio con vista al tramonto dispone di stampante / scanner / fax wireless pronti per l'uso. Wi-Fi gratuito. Questa meravigliosa casa di fronte all'oceano ti farà sentire come a casa. Goditi la serata sul grande ponte posteriore ammirando l'aria di mare.

This is the perfect beach house. The photos don't do it justice. The house was much larger than I thought. It was clean and there were plenty of supplies. I would definitely go back there with my family. The only problem was the water on tap was not drinkable but the owners provided plenty of bottled drinking water. The views are beautiful.

We loved our stay here! Perfect location, great house & lots of amenities such as beach chairs and grill. We’re hoping to make another trip here next summer.

We had 4 adults and one teen in our party. The house was clean and very spacious -- the photos do not do it justice. It was oceanfront -- just what we wanted.The sunroom is open to the kitchen and we spent much of our time there, and the living room is very big, which you cannot tell from the photos. The host supplied plenty of towels and washcloths, paper towels and toilet paper. The deck had a table with an umbrella and 6 chairs and we ate out there almost every night (after having appetizers on the upper deck). The host provided 5-gal containers of water since the water from the tap is not potable. We've done rentals like that in the past, so that was fine. The water from the tap - for showering and doing laundry-- had a reddish brown color. Maybe from lots of iron. It was ok for us for a week, but if you are staying longer it might discolor your white laundry items. We've been renting a house in various locations in the summer for 17 years in a row and my husband said this was the best location of any of them!

This is THE house to stay in if you like family privacy, seaside access to the beach, and great amenities while still somehow being in the center of it all.
For my wife and I, who are nature lovers who also like to fish, the short walk to the Gooseneck preserve was an unexpected huge benefit.
The host was very responsive and helpful throughout.
