Bella casa East Bench con incredibile vista sulle montagne locali. A soli 60 minuti o meno da 7 stazioni sciistiche di livello mondiale come Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, Solitude, Park City, Sundance e Deer Valley. Centro storico Park City a soli 45 minuti. Vicino a ottimi ristoranti, negozi, autostrade, escursioni, mt. Mountain bike, golf, pesca, corsa, canottaggio e attività infinite. Situato a soli 16 minuti dall'aeroporto di Salt Lake City. Goditi questa confortevole casa con finiture di alto livello e splendide viste sulle montagne e sulla valle.
Annidato alla base delle montagne di Wasatch sulla panchina est, a soli 15 minuti di auto dalla vita del centro di Salt Lake City. Questo livello inferiore ha ingresso privato per una o due camere da letto. Ogni camera ha un letto queen size con materassi di lusso di fascia alta e biancheria. Bagno privato per una camera da letto e bagno in comune se si affitta la seconda camera da letto. Cucina attrezzata e confortevole soggiorno. Appena fuori vedrete incredibili viste sulle montagne e sulla valle.
Gli ospiti possono parcheggiare nel vialetto. Nessun accesso al garage. Per favore sii rispettoso dei nostri vicini dato che molti di loro vivono nella comunità a tempo pieno. Inoltre, mantenere il rumore giù dopo le 22:00. Per favore sii pulito e rispetta la nostra casa. Nessun raduno o festa. Amiamo la nostra casa e speriamo che godiate il vostro soggiorno con noi. Apprezzeremmo di non indossare scarpe in casa, per favore rimuovili appena entri. No animali.

Very beautiful home. The accommodations are the lower floor of the house. There is a separate entrance and the owners were very respectful of our privacy. It was comfortable for two couples and had very comfortable beds. It could use more kitchen items to be able to eat and warm up things in the microwave or toast oven. The refrigerator was very small. The owners were super and responsive to any needs we had.

What beautiful accommodations! Check in was super easy, it was well appointed and for once a super comfortable bed! The linens were plush, too. Keep in mind that it does not have a full kitchen (small refrig and no stove/oven). I still would highly recommend this place. My only suggestion is a bigger refrigerator with freezer space.

My Mom, sister, and I rented this property for 8 days. It was a very nice home in a beautiful neighborhood. The ONLY negative thing we had was the A/C was out the whole time we were there. It is not the property owners fault but it was very hot that week and was somewhat uncomfortable during the day. We were given our privacy even though the owners reside upstairs. The bedrooms, bathrooms, and living area were very nice and comfortable.

Beautiful home and area. Beautiful grounds and neighborhood. ADD ON ORBITZ DID NOT DISCLOSE THAT PEOPLE WERE LIVING IN HOUSE W/NO SEPERATION BETWEEN THEM AND US. WE WERE IN OUR AREA WATCHING TV AND SOMEONE CAME DOWN THERE. IT WAS JUST AWKWARD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. Never would have booked if I knew people were living in house...dogs barking, doorbells ringing, can hear conversations. Would have been perfect other than that or maybe okay if there was seperation between upstairs and downstairs
