Friendly neighbors but unfriendly neighborhood, they threw us a bucket with water at the end of the same road in the corner ( when you walk to Tivoli next to Lidl) dont pass that road lol 😄

The apartment is in a very quiet location just around the corner from the Tivoli and a short walk to the old town. The place is relatively new and very well appointed. The hosts could not have been more friendly.
The bed was a little smaller than I expected but it’s just me this time and it was comfortable.

The apartment located about 20 minutes walk from the center, near to a big park. Very well equipped, has everything you need for a comfort stay for a few days.

Apartment is very cozy and have everything you will need. Late check-in was possible and easy to manage it.
It's a little bit small for 4 people, more appropriate for a couple. Sofa bed is not very comfortable.

Modern Apartment, big balcony with table, chairs and blankets, clean, has everything.
Fully equipped kitchen (the love is in the details: coffee, sugar, even oil for cooking is there) incl dishwasher.
Bathroom including washing machine with a spacious shower. The separate bedroom is cozy. Enough storage & hangers in the bedroom and entrance area. View from the apartment into the neighbouring garden is nice. Walking distance to the station is ca 20 minutes with luggage. Bus Station & Park Tivoli are just around the corner, a nice walk into the city. The distance to the Center is shorter than anticipated from looking at the map.
We were greeted personally by Dina, the hosts mother, who was very welcoming.
The sofa in the living room somehow kept expanding every time we sat on it :D
The bikes were in repair - but we followed the recommendation and just rented bikes via the cities’ own service (BicikeLJ), which is 1€/week and free for the first hour of the ride. There is a big construction-site going on in the area, but it was quiet nevertheless.

The size of the apartment, the balcony, the dishwasher and the bikes.
The comfort of the beds, the couch and the chairs inside. Especially the bed was very small. No King or queensize at all.
Oh, and we missed some nice sharp knives.

It is right near the Tivoli park and about a 15 minute walk to the city center.

Aleks was excellent host, he was incredibly helpful and very kind! His apartment is very well equipped, there is everything you need (or even more) for few days in the city.

Everything was fantastic and Aleksa was a wonderful host. Location was great, next to a very beautiful park and the apartment was beautifully designed, equipped with everything we needed and the balcony was amazing! We loved spending the evenings on the balcony.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and very bright, in a quiet area, you can see the Tivoli park from the balcony.
The check in was easy, Dina who met us at the property was very helpful and kind.
The place offers a free underground parking spot which was very comfortable for us.
The balcony is amazing to enjoy peaceful mornings.
It took us approximately 15 minutes of walking to the city center, very easy to navigate and you can even take the route through the amazing Tivoli park.
The wifi was stable and fast enough for the two of us to work simultaneously.
Well equipped bathroom and kitchen.
Not that it was a big deal, but more a suggestion, the dining chairs could have been more comfy for longer sitting (cushioned at least).

I loved everything. The apartment is modern, very well equipped and Aleks was extremely helpful and pleasant. I would love to come back and stay here.

Host was very forthcoming and helpful and I recommend booking the flat as it's 15 min. walk from center of Ljubljana and around the corner from brewery or across the road from Tivoli park.
It is a one bedroom flat (with pull out sofa in living room for more people) with own parking spot and private court within brand new building, everything is of high quality - appliances, heating, window shading etc. you name it...
A very nice surprise were some basic drinks and food provided so as soon as you walk through the door you feel like you're at home. View is facing north to a quiet suburban area with partial view of Tivoli park.
There is a dog across the street which likes to bark from 7am on, but that can be your queue to wake up and start enjoying the city.

Aleks is the super host! Very helpuf and showing a lot of hospitality. He welcomed us and explained everything very briefly.
The apartment is great, in a very quite area, but also very close (15-20 minute walking distance) to the old town. It is fully-equipped. Also big plus for the balcony. But the best thing for us was the underground car park, such an advantage. Overall one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in.
Everything was perfect.
