Posizione comoda e rinnovata di recente. Vialetto recintato fuori strada per un parcheggio custodito. 2 camere da letto in aree separate della casa per una migliore privacy. Entrambi hanno comodi letti matrimoniali. Soggiorno privato con divano letto matrimoniale in pelle estraibile e portefinestre per la privacy. Grande cucina deliziosa. Bar per la colazione e sala da pranzo. Elettrodomestici inossidabile. Cucina a gas, lavastoviglie, microonde, tostapane e macchina per il caffè. Spaziosa spa walk-in come doccia piastrellata. Lavatrice / asciugatrice e ferro da stiro. Grande TV a schermo piatto con DISH TV. WiFi incluso.

The owner is very nice and respectful. House wasnt in the best neighborhood, but nothing that was listed and was still very nice. It was close to most place you would want to visit and was well worth the stay.

My friend and I were in town for 12 days during Jazz Fest and stayed 4 nights at Big Easy Charmer. We could not have been happier with the accommodations, location or host. Sharon was gracious in allowing our early arrival, left umbrellas by the door for us when the rains came and responded promptly when we had questions. The space seemed bigger than what the photos depicted. Each room was nicely decorated. The kitchen was roomy and well-organized with all the cooking basics. There was a hairdryer and a variety of toiletries in the bath. Both bedrooms had large mirrors and plenty of hangers in the closets. We had a rental car and did not use public transportation while staying here, although we would have been comfortable walking a half-mile to the bus stop on N. Broad St. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality, Sharon!

House was conveniently located 10-20 min from all the most commonly visited spots. It was clean, quiet, safe, and well-stocked with essentials. Sharon was an excellent host. Highly recommend!

I want to say all good things but unfortunately, I can not. This house is in a TERRIBLE neighborhood and as we were driving through to get to it, I had an intense sense of dread. In 3 days, to/from once per day, we spent $222 in Uber/Taxi fees for transportation - $9 Uber to the French Quarter is a lie. It cost $40 (with tip) to take a taxi from the airport which was cheaper than Uber/Lift (in fact, Lift drivers wouldn't come to this neighborhood) and $54 to take an Uber back. Train tracks directly are across the street and no businesses are in sight. My city is fairly high crime but there's no way we'd walk ANYWHERE in that neighborhood. I watched people graffitiing the closed building about 60 feet away while outside...that felt safe. The house inside is eclectic and comfortable, outside has a serious wasp problem and way overgrown grass. You may save a little money to stay here but you'll likely lose the savings on transportation and food delivery.
