This is a great location near the station, easy to get to, and the hosts are very welcoming.
I had a big room which was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very good.
And a fantastic library of old cartoons!
Nothing to not like. Just be aware that the stairs are quite steep - but not as steep as other places I have stayed at in Tourcoing!

Logement confortable
Logement atypique, très chargé en objets et livres en tout genre.
Bruit intérieur et bruit circulation très présent.
Escalier très raide

The house and the room is very clean and offers a nice view over the park in front of it.
The shower and toilet and everything else was very neat, tidy and well furnished. You can also make tea or coffee in your room.
Before arrival, the host wasn’t there to welcome but left a message on how to open the door.
Host isn’t very welcoming, you feel uncomfortable looking around and the host doesn’t help by not making a simple conversation. There is a pressure to take a breakfast as I believe it should be offered with the price for one night which to me is very expensive.
