Bella casa con lo stile di Austin sudoccidentale. Camminare verso Zilker Park, sito di ACL. Anche a piedi o in bicicletta a Barton Springs, ristoranti e camion di cibo, il Greenbelt Barton Creek e club e quartieri di South Austin tra cui South Alamo Theatre, Lady Bird Lake, percorsi per escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta, centro e sud Congresso.

If you want to walk into a place and feel like you are in a loving home, this is the place for you. From the margarita bar left for guests to the fridge full of fresh fruit, milk, juice, eggs and other items perfect to make breakfast daily. All the extra touches were so thoughtful and made such a difference. We stay in rentals a lot and this had so many more extras that made a difference in our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at the Davis house. The location is terrific and being welcomed with homemade margarita supplies and a fully stocked fridge was sublime. We were grateful to the Davis’ for letting us use their home for a bit of an extended stay, but we also felt bad for the inconvenience of them being out of their house for that long. Our dogs loved the backyard, and the countless books and decorations leant a very Austin feel to the home.

This charming home is just as advertised. Our group of two retired couples found this home quite perfect for our needs. It’s close to everything Austin including the airport. And perfectly thoughtful to offer their printer for our boarding passes on our last day. The living space is cozy and comfortable. The music and book collection is astounding. The memorabilia and photos are hung proudly as they should. In short, everything was perfect for us!
