The house was as described and very comfortable. Location is ideal and close to beach and Freshfield. The bicycles were appreciated. Only disappointment was the amenities. Very little soap in the bathrooms and we could not find dishwasher soap. Also was an issue in one of bathrooms and we could not find plunger.

We enjoyed this property for Thanksgiving- a short bike ride to the beach and a nice deck to sit on overlooking the golf course.

We were in town for a family wedding. The house was very well set up and comfortable in a nice location. There was cat hair or some other type of animal hair on the sofa, which was surprising since there is a no pets policy. Other than that the house was very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

The house was perfect in every way! We had 6 adults and plenty of room for all. The kitchen was spacious with access to the large deck from the sliding glass doors along the entire back side of the house overlooking the golf course and lake to the side. Very short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants. The host provided great suggestion from everything from restaurants to rentals. Loved it!!

This property was even nicer than the pictures. This is at the beginning of the island so Freshfields and Bohicket are easily accessible.

We loved our time in Kiawah! This house is right on the golf course and a large pond (beautiful and serene). The neighborhood is quiet and the houses are staggered to be quite secluded. We loved biking and walking around the gated community; it is beautiful. We were able to walk to the grocery store and coffee shops for breakfast. The beach is very close, we opted to drive since we had our beach stuff we needed to tote with us. The beach is large and not over populated. At this time, they were building condos which was loud but we opted to walk down the beach to where it was more quiet to set up. There are bathrooms you can walk to from the beach. It’s about a 50 minute drive into Charleston, which we did for dinner each night.

We traveled to Kiawah for a wedding and stayed at this beautiful home on Cougar Point golf course. The property was perfect. It is all one level, very spacious, and perfectly appointed for an island/beach home. The back deck overlooks a beautiful hole on the golf course. The beds were all very comfortable as was the seating area in the main family room which also has a very large TV. The host was amazing, and she communicated with us to make sure everything was perfect. We highly recommend this property, and we will be returning to it in the near future.

Had the best long weekend! Me and a few of my girlfriends stayed in this house for my bachelorette weekend. It has a lot of room inside and the prettiest backyard. The furnishings and decor are beautiful and the location is close to the beach, the golf course, and some nice little shops and restaurants. Can’t wait to go back!

This home is beautiful yet comfortable and inviting; peaceful yet a stone's throw from many activities. The house was the perfect size for my family of five (i.e., husband, sister-in-law and two college-aged children). We had a wonderful time riding bikes on the beach, feasting at the Monday night oyster roast (Mingo Point) and relaxing at a luxurious dinner at the Sanctuary (Jasmine Porch). We also enjoyed staying in. The house is equipped with games, puzzles and books. The kitchen is filled with enough appliances to make cooking (and grilling) an appealing option. I highly recommend this property!

The house was clean, well provided, convenient location and communication with owner was fast and easy. Kitchen has tons of storage, convenient access to porch/outdoor dining, grill to use and bikes also available. Living room furniture was beautiful and comfortable. Primary bath was large enough to accommodate 2 adults.

We really enjoyed this house on Kiawah Island! It's a beautiful, well-stocked home. Anything we needed was thought of and provided. The location is fantastic - on a beautiful golf course and at the end of a cul-de-sac. We enjoyed riding bikes, going for walks/runs. Would love to visit again and would recommend this property!

Property itself was fine. Well stocked kitchen and overlooks the golf course. My main problem was that the host gave us the wrong door code. Tried calling her at 2 different phone numbers and got VM both times. Luckily the property manager was very responsive and came over to help us gain entry within 30 minutes. I understand mistakes are made but I was very disappointed that the host never responded to my VM. A simple "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" would have satisfied me, but never heard from her.

Fun Family Wedding Weekend
Perfect wedding weekend destination. This home was spacious, well supplied and had spectacular views. Our family of 7 had plenty of room to relax and reconnect at this property.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Space!
We loved this home. It's in a gorgeous location, truly a 10-minute walk from the beach and the outdoor deck/yard area was so lovely to spend time in. The home was clean and spacious: the photos don't do it justice - it was actually much larger than we thought it would be!! We were very comfortable and happy. One thing to note - there is a gate where guests check in, so just make sure you have your parking pass and reservation info when you check in there and you'll be good to go! Book this space - it's a perfect getaway.
