CAMERE DA LETTO: 3 eleganti camere da letto: 2 re, 6 singole in una camera a castello e un divano letto nel secondo soppalco dello spazio abitativo, c'è un posto per tutti!
PRENOTAZIONI: minimo 2 giorni. La prossima estate 2020, da luglio a settembre, è in affitto da una settimana a settimana con inizio e fine da sabato a sabato.
POSIZIONE: proprio nel centro del centro ricreativo e piscina Glaze Meadow con vasca idromassaggio, palestra, noleggio biciclette e spa! Inoltre: campi da tennis, ferro di cavallo, palla sottaceto, pallacanestro, golf, bocce e facile accesso alle piste ciclabili fuori dal ponte posteriore!
REGOLE DELLA CASA: Questo condominio è senza fumo (per favore non svapare) e senza animali domestici. Gli ospiti devono avere 25 anni (o accompagnati da un adulto di età pari o superiore a 25 anni). La carta di credito può essere addebitata fino a $ 500 dopo la partenza se la proprietà è danneggiata, richiede un'eccessiva pulizia o se mancano degli articoli. La carta di credito fornita deve essere intestata al cliente principale.
TARIFFA BBR: $ 9 a persona al giorno da pagare all'arrivo al banco di benvenuto per il pass per il parcheggio e l'uso delle piscine e delle strutture insieme all'accesso attraverso i cancelli privati. Il golf è extra.

Some homes you stay in… and some homes instantly make you feel like you belong there. Jim and Aymee’s home at Black Butte Ranch is absolutely the latter.
From the moment you walk through the door, it’s clear that this isn’t just a rental property—it’s a thoughtfully cared-for home that’s been designed for people to slow down, relax, and enjoy everything that makes Black Butte Ranch so special.
What makes Jim and Aymee’s place stand out: Its Warm, Welcoming, and Beautifully Maintained
The home is incredibly clean, comfortable, and well cared for. Every space feels inviting, with plenty of room to gather together or find a quiet spot to unwind.
Its the Perfect Location in the Ranch!
Tucked into the trees with that classic Central Oregon feel, right next to Glaze meadow rec center the home makes it easy to enjoy everything the ranch offers—whether it’s biking the paths, heading to the pool, golfing, or simply taking a peaceful walk.
What really made the stay special was the feeling of hospitality. Jim and Aymee were wonderful hosts, and it shows in how well the home is cared for and prepared for guests.
If you’re looking for a place at Black Butte Ranch that feels both relaxing and memorable, this home is a fantastic choice!!

House was great for our group. Four adults and an infant. The host is very responsive. The deck and hot tub were used daily. Also, access to bikes was an added bonus and cost savings as we didn't have to rent. Overall, a fun long weekend at Black Butte Ranch!

Little Sister was a lovely stay. We were graciously accommodated. Lots of amenities and the deck was beautifully furnished and large. We loved the room with bunk beds/queen bed. It was great for our son and his family.

What a sweet and comfortable spot this was for our family! More than ample room, with lovely furnishings, beds and bedding, and lots of fun little extras for us (like ping pong, pickleball stuff, bikes, jacuzzi, etc.). You can tell that this is a loved home and it is supplied in a way that encourages ease.
Loved it and will definitely rent again. Thank you so much for hosting us!
