Vanta 2 patii, un open space con soffitto a travi a vista nella zona giorno e pranzo, pavimenti in gres porcellanato nel bagno ristrutturato e cucina personalizzata con ripiani in quarzo lastra ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, tra cui una lavatrice / asciugatrice.
Camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e balcone. Il bagno è stato recentemente rinnovato. Il divano del soggiorno può essere convertito in un letto aggiuntivo che può ospitare comodamente 1 adulto o 2 bambini.
Dai moderni arredi di metà secolo al nuovissimo barbecue e cabina armadio, questo bambino ha tutto! Complesso recintato nella primavera centrale delle palme. Un'oasi di relax ti aspetta!

Casa Verde is the best location, location, LOCATION to all things Palm Springs! Within walking distance of many restaurants, event centers and shopping. Another bonus is the quiet location with other respectful quiet condo owners.Host Raffi is an outstanding host! He is the reason we come back year after year to this well-appointed condo! Raffi treats us like family! Checking in on us routinely and asking if there is anything we need. He is readily available to answer any and all questions. He makes us feel special and valued! Thanks again, Raffi!

Great location, nice condo with great neighbors and super cool host. I’d highly recommend this location for your visit to Palm Springs. Located a short walk to DT Palm Canyon Dr. the Casino and Convention Center. The condo is very well appointed in the gated property. Covered parking and two great heated pools. The host will make you feel right at home. 5 stars ⭐️

This beautifully furnished unit has everything you’ll need for your stay. The layout is perfect, with no wasted space and good storage. Great view of the San Jacinto mountains from inside the unit and from the terrace. Much better than the pictures suggest. Quiet location in the complex, but just a short stroll to both pools and the tennis courts. Owner is very attentive to guests if anything is needed. Highly recommended!

Communication with the owner and manager is outstanding! A question is promptly answered and if there is a concern it is taken care of immediately. Raffi is a top-notch communicator! Also the condo is very well stocked with quality items. The first thing that drew us to Casa Verde condos was the superb location, within walking distance of restaurants, coffee shops and events. The quiet surroundings were another draw. Now there is Raffi with his dependable, courteous and thoughtful help and superbly appointed condo! We're back here again next year!
