It’s a really good house for a large group as every room has its own bathroom and there’s even a separate kitchen on the top floor. Every floor is virtually its own apartment and there’s a common area in the basement. Well equipped, spacious, good location (5 min walk to the main street with a bus stop and a store). Close to larger cities like Pozza or Canazei, 10-15 min with a bus. Easy contact with the host.
No towels really means no towels at all, so bring hand towels too (we didn’t and had to use paper towels). No hand soap as well so that also needs to be purchased on site or taken with you.
The common area could use a sofa as there’s nothing truly comfortable to sit on, just wooden benches and chairs.
That being said, those are super minor things.

The accommodation was great for a big group of people, with a bathroom for every room, spacious common spaces and a well equipped kitchen. The location was great for our ski trip as it was close to several ski areas such as Val di Fassa and Alpe Lusia. We used the car to get around but there is a bus stop close to the house. We appreciated the host for allowing a late check-in due to a late flight.
We had an issue with the heating, in some of the rooms the radiators didn't work. It would be nice to have towels and basic toiletries like hand soap in the bathrooms.

Veel privacy door veel kamers en badkamers. Fijn contact met verhuurder.
Dat je eigen handdoeken moest meenemen was echt een nadeel. Zeker in deze prijsklasse.
De dekbedden zijn niet heel warm.
