Fabio and his wife was excellent host and very nice people. It was like visiting our grandma’s summer house. Thanks for everything.

Edera was really well located close to the beach and town centre. Fabio was very welcoming.
It wasnt clear from the descriptions that the host lived in the apartment too. We had some confusion around payment when we checked out. This should have been sorted at check in but wasn't. Would recommend that gueats proactively clarify payment upon check in.

We had an amazing stay at Edera! Our room was big and bright and the bathroom was very clean, we also had a small balcony. There is a common kitchen fully equipped with appliances to prepare food in case. The location is very convenient, 10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes from the beach.
Above all, the hospitality of our host exceeded by far our expectations! Fabio helped to carry our luggage upstairs (no elevator), provided us with breakfast and fruit and gave us all sort of information about places to visit, restaurants etc.
We highly recommend this accomodation and would gladly choose it again in the future!!
The only small downside was that the room was kind of cold during the day (the weather was still not warm enough) but in the evening there was heating so no not a big issue.

The host was wonderful and the room was amazing. Our host was so amazing to offer and provided us with recommendations for restaurants and assisted us with making dinner reservations. The apartment was beautiful and we would gratefully stay there again.
There was extra street noise related to being on the main street.

Fabio was the nicest host we met during our trip! Although his English wasn't fluent and our Italian was zero, we managed to communicate and had the best time!

The location is very goed, walking distance to the beach. 10 minutes walking to train station going to Cinque terre.
Fabio is very nice, friendly and enthousiastic man.
He will help you with everything. Next time we will book again to Edera.

Fabio was very hospitable and helpful in every way. His Italian personality and energy was great. the room was clean and detailed nicely. bonus was the screened windows for fresh air flowing through.

Fabio was a lovely host, gave lots of great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants at which to eat. We had a nice room with modern bathroom. It was the perfect place from which to explore the Cinque Terre.

Fabio was an outstanding host. He could not do enough for us. He met us at his mother’s home where we parked our car. He took us on a little tour of Levanto, booked a restaurant for our dinner, gave us excellent information about the Cinque Terre even emailing me a copy of the train timetable. He really does everything he can to make your stay enjoyable. His attitude is ‘My home is your home!’

Good location close to the center of Levanto and the beach, everything reachable within a few minutes on foot.
The room has high ceilings and a nice view to the hills. The bathroom seems recently renovated.
But the most exceptional part is Fabio, the host, who provided excellent hospitality during our stay, including different recommendations (restaurants, places for breakfast, things to do), driving us back and forth to our car (the parking is not directly at the house) and accommodated all our needs with flexibility and friendliness.
With the windows open it’s a little bit noisy around, but it wasn’t a reproblem at night.

Charming house, very well located, close to the beach, the city center and the train station for those who want to discover the Cinque Terre.

We had an amazing stay in this property! The hosts were super friendly and helpful! They kindly recommend really nice places to eat, the best ways to travel to Cinque Terre.
The property was clean, cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect as you can reach all the places to visit by foot and also have a nice walk by the sea.

Fabio and his mother are such warm people. We had long conversations in the kitchen and had a really good time. They have great coffee, water bottles and fruit, you can take as much as you want. The room is big, with a nice view, small balcony and the bathroom is new, loved it. Location couldn't be better. Really close to everything. When we left Fabio drove us to the parkingspot just outside Levanto (safe!) And he even gave us a bottle of his own wine. What more could you ask for? 😁
It was sometimes hard to communicate because Fabio only speaks italian and my italian is not that good. But we came a long way with Google translate and hand and feet 😉

As others also mention, Fabio and his mom are incredible hosts. They are so friendly and give the happiest vibe. They also provide you with plenty of coffee and fresh fruit. The room is also very nice with a new and comfortable bedroom. The location is a short distance from the beach and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again!

Fabio and his mum are fantastic. They cannot do enough for you. Beautiful people with generous hearts. We loved staying here and enjoyed their hospitality. Very handy location as it is one train stop from Cinque Terre. Fabio gives you all the information you need to get around. Lots of restaurants around but for us the highlight was the locals venue Cafe Levanto for an Aperitivo in the afternoon.
No complaints. Felt right at home.
