Poor sound insulation Washing machine on late and we could hear it Smells of cigarette smoke Loud road noise No hot water No light in bathroom Undersheet didn’t fit mattress No duvet in sheet when we arrived Difficult to find Room not ready when we arrived

In reception is only 1 staff who can speak English, and she is hard worker but seems decisions coming from owner of hotel so she has limits to help... Jaccuzi is only controling by the reception after 21:00 there is no reception, means Jaccuzi getting useless while they are not there... First impression was really bad there was not even a soap or shower jel to wash they leave old tissue from other guests in the toilet, no Slippers, Ashtray was full of dirt from other guests... No even a water in the room to drink..you pay like a 5 star hotel but they are 0 star, from the services... Dont waste your money with this hotel if you want to experience Jaccuzi there are many better hotels in Tbilisi....

Hotel has a nice location in Tbilisi. We had a great view from our balcony, especially in the evening. There were lots of shops nearby where we were able to buy everything that we needed. The host was very welcoming!

Great value for money. The views from up there are gorgeous and you can even have breakfast on a very nice terrace. The interior looks new and stylish, rooms are super comfy and staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfasts are excellent and filling - basically all you need in the morning. Location is convenient, in between two metro stations, a cheap taxi ride away from the city centre. Hope to see you again, Tanya, Yanek, Em - good job!

This is not necessarily the hotel's fault but we were a bit unlucky because of extremely inconsiderate guests from Israel staying at the hotel at the same time, making a lot of noise late at night. You get your own key/card to enter the hotel and there is no one at the reception at night so in cases like this it's kinda up to you to deal with other guests. To be fair, the hotel staff did keep telling the guests to maintain reasonable noise levels, yet they never really followed the advice. But hopefully you won't be as unlucky as us :)

The outdoor tube is useless because it is not hot so the price is expensive for 4 star hotel
