The main living space of this unit is on a seperate heating zone from the bedrooms. The main bathroom, entryway, kitchen, and living room. Were freezing at 55 degrees. The fireplace helped get the temperature up to 63 degrees, but no better. We were unable to cook or play the games that we had planned. We stayed huddled up in the bedrooms which were on a separate heating zone. When I called management to report my concern, they send a maintenance person who brought two space heaters. He then informed me that there wasn't a problem. He was rude and condescending. I spoke to the property manager upon checkout. I informed him that the unit was cold and the statements of the maintenance person. I showed him date and time stamped photos of thermostat. Conner was cold and indifferent.
Miserable stay. Basic heat and kindness were lacking.

Comfortable and convenient-close to downtown and skiing. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Great place to stay. Needs batteries replaced in heating control in great room (next to kitchen). Otherwise, you cannot adjust thermostat in that room. We were able to get some use by taking out existing batteries and switching them around. Fortunately, the weather was mild. Master bathroom sink is very slow to drain. All in all,the unit was what we expected with a few minor glitches. Enjoyed our stay.

Property was great. Plenty of space. Property amenities were very nice, especially the four hot tubs. Great place to stay for striking out on your mountain adventures.

We planned an 11-night stay in Breck, so wanted it to be in a good location, clean and comfortable, and not crazy expensive. This condo checked all the boxes!
Our only issue, which was minor, was that it was a little dark. The bulbs in the over-the-range light were burned out so we replaced them, which helped that area a lot. We also moved lamps around to where we wanted to read, etc, and it was fine.
Overall it was great, and we will probably book it again next year!

Our family of five had a wonderful experience staying here. It was clean and had everything we needed. We really loved how close it was to Main Street. We cooked several meals during our stay at the place had everything we needed to grill out, cook and eat. The complex was quiet and it was a quick walk to the pool and hot tubs-it was never really crowded. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family of 4 was comfortable here. The pull out accommodated my 12 year old - I'm not sure 2 people could sleep in it.
Kitchen was easy to use, but coffee maker doesn't have an auto-off- be careful!
Best thing was the location - both nights we could walk to town for dinner.
Worst thing was the technology - they haven't invested in automatic locks so you have to go downtown to check in and out, out of the 3 TVs only 1 works, and the internet had extremely slow upload/download rates. The owner obviously hasn't invested in updating the tech.
We stayed during summer so didn't notice the heater noise others talked about. It's on the ground floor facing the parking lot, so we did notice some noise from comings/goings, but at night it was quiet enough.
If the price is low enough I'd stay here again; otherwise I'd try somewhere else.

Overall, Great experience. I could not have asked for anything more, really. As a very frequent traveler, I would highly recommend this unit. Particularly, that it was on the main level, feet from parking and no stairs. Beds were comfortable, towels were great., Really good experience. I will be back.

The property has been nicely renovated and was very comfortable for our family of 4. We liked being able to walk to the slopes and to town, and the hot tub/pool area was nice. We were surprised we needed to pick up keys intown since most places we've rented recently have door codes, but the check in process was pretty quick and we were able to get some info on the area from the front desk.

We enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge. The property was clean, cozy and well equipped. The one downside that we experienced was the very noisy furnace. Throughout the night the heat would turn on and a loud, screeching noise would come through the vents in both bedrooms. Unfortunately, most of us were woken up multiple times throughout the night due to the noise. It was significant enough that we would not stay at the property again.

This property was ideal for our family. Great location and facilities. All amenities are a high standard. Breckenridge is great in the summer and we had great walks and playgrounds within walking distance of the property (great for our young children).

The kitchen was stocked pots, pans, plates, cups, silverware, utensils and everything needed to stay in for meals if desired. The property is a short walk, down the hill to the ski lift at Base 9. My only complaint would be the heating system is in need of updating and would make tinging and popping noises throughout the night in the bedrooms. If you are a light sleeper it will keep you up or wake you up.

Thanksgiving Bliss
We decided to have a nuclear Thanksgiving in Breckenridge since we could not gather with extended family this year. Warrior’s Mark was perfect for our family of 4. We did not ski, but it is in close proximity of the lift. Walking distance to town. In fact, we did not use our car the entire week. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook an entire Thanksgiving meal. We loved the warmth of the fireplace. Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect.
The only issue we had was the laundry facility. It is located right below the unit however, the washer leaves your clothes very wet and the dryer cannot fully dry them. We had to hang our clothes to dry. I recommend the laundry mat in town. It is pricey, but the machines are large and efficient. Overall I loved this unit and would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Breckenridge! The location of the condo was absolutely perfect! We were close to so many trail heads, the Breckenridge Troll, Main St shopping etc. the condo was easily accessible being on the first floor. The inside furnishings were really nice. I wish the lightbulbs were brighter, some fixtures had Edison bulbs and others just had low wattage. Especially in the kitchen it was difficult to see well. The condo is in the North side of the building and what it was lacking in natural light could have been easily fixed with better lighting. Management forgot to leave us hand towels in the bathrooms, more linens would have been nice. We made due as this is Covid times and maintenance responds to emergencies only during your stay. Master bedroomPillows could also use a replacement and were rather flat. These are really minor issues in comparison to what a great time we had. I would be open to staying here again.
