Ubicato in Dewey Beach, questo delizioso casa a 464 € per notte è un fantastico opzione per il tuo prossimovacanza. Il nostro cottage è la seconda casa di ritorno dalla spiaggia e si trova su un vialetto privato condiviso con gli altri 2 cottage. Hai problemi con i passaggi? Abbiamo un ascensore che ti sbatterà dal parcheggio in cemento sotto la casa al piano principale. O forse trascinare pesanti valigie su per i gradini non è qualcosa che ti piace. Mettili nell'ascensore e sali. Il nostro cottage ha 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, cucina completa, lavatrice / asciugatrice, wifi, aria condizionata e riscaldamento e una veranda coperta, tutto sullo stesso piano! Al piano di sotto c'è un'altra stanza per la polvere. Fino a 2 dei tuoi cani ben educati sono sempre i benvenuti. L'accesso alla spiaggia è lungo il vialetto e fuori sulla strada, dove è possibile attraversare la duna. Ciò significa che i bagnanti non cammineranno attraverso la proprietà. Si prega di notare che non affittiamo a gruppi di single (con alcune eccezioni per chi ha più di 50 anni), né a studenti o neolaureati. Abbiamo tolleranza zero per le parti. Siamo LGBT friendly.

For location this one cannot be beat. You can see the ocean and walk to anything you need in Dewey Beach. Nonetheless, it is quiet at night. We even walked up the beach to Rehoboth for ice cream. The kitchen is reasonably stocked with utensils and cooking equipment. We were six adults and ate in every night, so we put it to the test! Some of the furnishings are getting long in the tooth, a few seem like they were rescued from a flood. Plenty of closet space. The front porch gets HOT in the sun and is not much use on sunny days. The elevator is a godsend when moving in and out. The host was more communicative and patient. There was some comment about providing a grill but not guaranteeing that propane will always be available. Are we supposed to bring our own tank? A minor quibble and they reimbursed for the Blue Rhino tank swap. We hope to return someday. It was a special week in large part thanks to this wonderful property.

We loved the house by the beach Elevator was so convenient. The beach was easy to get to and there were plenty of chairs and beach toys. The kitchen was well equipped since we ate most of our meals home. Everyone had a fun time

Our family had a perfect week in this house! It was spacious and very clean. Valerie and Gary were great and responsive. The elevator was awesome. The location of the house was private and also so close to the beach. Thanks for an amazing week!

House had everything we needed for our family vacation(3 generations) and the location was perfect.. walk out to the beach or walk to the bay for sunset in just minutes. The elevator was a wonderful asset for us seniors…one of whom was in a wheelchair!

The property is great as we have stayed there before. The proprietors were very responsive to a power outage due to hurricane/tropical storm Ian. They kept in contact with us and DeMarVa Power until power was restored.

We had excellent communication with the owner throughout the process. The home was well stocked with all the kitchen items we may have needed and with some beach chairs and umbrellas too. Overall it is an excellent location, with a sliver of an ocean view from the porch with a 2 minute walk to get on to the beach! We really enjoyed having such a spacious home and appreciate how comfortable and nice everything is.

We absolutely loved everything about our family's stay at The Cottage. It's the PERFECT location, it was spotlessly clean, and I think even nicer in person than the listing represents. The check-in process was simple, and Valerie was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the entire communication process. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

The house was exactly as described, the owners were very nice and helpful. A super quick walk to the beach, lovely to sit in the sunroom and watch the ocean during the day. The elevator was VERY helpful for both getting our stuff inside and helping our parents in and out of the house without any problems. Lovely stay.

Perfect Dewey location
The house was just as listed—a short walk to the beach, not far from the main road in. Valerie, the owner, was very easy to deal with and answered all my questions promptly. My 20-something kids enjoyed the Dewey night life, and my husband and I enjoyed days spent on the beach. If I would change anything, it would be the toaster. We are bagel people, and the toaster could not handle a fat bagel! ; )

Great stay at Dewey Beach!
We enjoy the peace and quiet, so we were a bit concerned about staying in Dewey at first. The house is tucked in a little driveway and is super quiet! A short walk to the beach and restaurants. The elevator was convenient for my older parents. The house had everything we needed and was definitely the cleanest rental we’ve ever had in the Delaware Beaches. The beds were comfy. The house is dog friendly, but you would never know because it is so clean. I really enjoyed using the in house vacuum system, and I was a little sad to come home to a house without one. We would absolutely stay here again.

Much needed vacation
We visited this cottage April 2022. It was perfect. Elevator was a bonus. The private road with just two other cottages was nice. Short walk to the beach. Owners were fabulous to communicate with!

Beautiful cottage with a nice location
This was our first time renting this cottage. The house was spacious and clean. Location was perfect. 2nd house from the beach. Not far from restaurants and shops. Owner was quick to respond and friendly.

Nice Home very close to the beach and dog friendly too!
We had a very nice stay last week of August in the Blue Cottage. Two of us and our dog. The property is a group of three small homes with a shared driveway. Just a little beyond the driveway is the beach entrance. This is the main access to Dewey Beach so it is a bit busy there with several hotels. The property is walking distance to dining and a short drive up Rt 1 to a lot of stores and restaurants. Close to Rehoboth Beach and state parks and Rehoboth Bay too. The cottage has main access by elevator or stairs. A bit of an ocean view from the back enclosed deck. It is in very good shape but kind of dated in some parts. Otherwise a very good choice near the beach!

Lovely cottage very close to the beach. You can see the sea from the covered porch and hear the waves crashing when the windows are open. Very clean. The cottage had everything that we needed. The dogs loved how close it was to the beach, and the private drive makes this cottage feel very private. The elevator was a plus and helped with the cases. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing & Close to the Beach
The property was very nice. I wanted to be near the beach and this cottage definitely fit the bill. It had all the amenities I was looking for and I was pleased that I was able to bring my dogs along.

Great beach location
House was in a perfect spot...could see the beach from the porch. If you like a firm mattress then you're in luck. It was a little noisy as houses are close by...but close to restaurants and town. Dog friendly area.
