Rilassati in un ambiente tranquillo e guarda il cielo che cambia colore al tramonto. Questa unità terminale è sul retro del cerchio del lago, quindi è silenziosa e panoramica.
Gli arredi in stile isolano di lusso sono pulite e confortevoli. Con 10 'soffitti e un soppalco rialzato, ventilatori a soffitto in ogni stanza, e una master suite generosa con spogliatoio e cabina armadio .... è davvero come avere una seconda casa per la settimana.

Highly recommended! Perfect location directly across the road from USA’s #1 SK Beach. Very modern, clean and spacious. Very well equipped with all you need. This property exceeded our expectations!

We spent two weeks at our VRBO steps from the public access to the beach. The beach is beautiful and we saw dolphins swimming close by. The location was fantastic. Our condo was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed. It was cool weather during our stay so the heated pool was very nice with plenty of lounge chairs. Our deck overlooked a huge pond and there were a dozen or more turtles to watch. A wonderful place to stay. We will definitely go back!

The property is outstanding. Well equipped kitchen, updated bathrooms, comfortable furniture, and ample beach supplies. The location is what a family would want for their vacation. The on property pool, public beach just across the street, and free trolley transportation to restaurants, markets, and shopping

Where do I begin? First, I want to say that this property exceeded all of our expectations. It was immaculately cleaned and so well stocked with beach supplies and everyday essentials that we didn’t have to worry about going out to the store when we first arrived. We were able to take a quick walk across the street to the famous Siesta Beach and relax on our very first day of vacation. We are a family of 4, my daughter is 10 and son is 13 and they loved seeing the turtles swim in the pond outside below the lanai. Gail was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had and was extremely accommodating to any/all requests. The location of the condo was great if you decide to just stay on siesta key, you can easily get around on the trolley. If you like to explore other areas like we do, it was so easy to get around to places like St. Armand’s Circle where there is lots of shopping and restaurants, Downtown Sarasota - great city, Longboat Key and Anna Maria Island. any place you want to go is within 15-30 minutes away, but the scenery is so beautiful it doesn’t really seem far to travel to other areas at all. We loved all the beaches in the area, there were so many to try out, you can’t go wrong with any of them. My husband and kids love to fish and there is no shortage of places to go. This was an amazing vacation made so much better by this beautiful condo. We would recommend it to anyone.

We recently stayed for 7 nights at this property and it was perfect. The condo had everything you need for the beach and/or pool from pool noodles, raft, boogie boards, a cooler, wagon, beach chairs (even one for a little kid which our 3 year old loved), beach umbrellas, giant water jug, etc. The condo is literally right across the street from beach access. I think it took us longer to pull the wagon across the beach itself to the water than it did to actually walk to the beach from the condo. The place was also clean and well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the mornings and watching the turtles in the pond below. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place close to the beach with all the required beach amenities provided.

Literally cannot say enough good things about this property and the owner! The property is spotless and has absolutely EVERYTHING you would need for time at the beach and indoors. Gail is responsive to any questions you have while there and is just so polite. The property is so close to the beach and with the wagon it’s so nice not to have to pack up and drive to the beach. You are also so close to all the fun and tasty restaurants and ice cream shops in siesta key!! AMAZING place - hope to come back again!!

Our family had great experience at this property. The place had all the amenities we needed and was exactly what we expected/wanted the place to be.
Short walk to the beach with the provide beach supplies was great. We also enjoyed the full washer/dryer and garage space.
We would look to rent this property again in the future.

This condo not only was so very well appointed it was spacious and I just love the way the rooms were separated so that there is total privacy if needed.
I didn't think of one thing that I needed that was not there.
Sitting out by the fountain at the lake feeding the turtles was so relaxing.
This condo is so convenient to everything you will not be disappointed in anyway.
The master bath has been redone beautifully, I am a very big stickler for clean!! I have been told I am clean crazy but even the baseboards in this condo were clean and I notice things like that.
Gail responded promptly to any questions I asked each and every time and could not have been more gracious

This was our first visit to Siesta Key. This condo was as advertised! The location was excellent ... across from the public access to Siesta Key Beach and the trolley stop. Check-in and out was easy. Every amenity that we could think of using in the condo or at the beach / pool was available to us. It felt like home! Thank you for a wonderful week! We definitely plan to return!

Great week in Siesta Key
Had a great week in Siesta Key. Condo was right across the street from the Beach. Used the wagon to carry the chairs and umbrella. Beds were very comfortable and condo was good size. Gail has really thought of everything. Will be back!!!

Amazing Space & Location
Gail has an amazing condo and we had a wonderful time. My husband, mother and I traveled to Sarasota as a belated 50th birthday gift and to also visit family. The condo is very spacious and we never felt crowded. We didn't cook a lot but could have if we wanted as the kitchen was fully stocked. The master bathroom was recently remodeled and included an extra large closet, changing area and walk in rainfall shower. Our deck overlooked the man-made pond and we enjoyed watching the turtles. The front entrance to the complex was literally right across the street to the public access for Siesta Key beach which is beautiful:) Gail also provided beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, a wagon to haul, etc. which was very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Accommodations
Very Nice condo, much bigger than we thought and pictures do not do it justice.
Nice complex, pool and the trolley stop right outside. Our only complaint was how wide the beach is in Siesta Key to walk with kids and stuff but that has nothing to do with this property.
The owners supply everything you can possibly imagine for a comfortable stay, including everything you need for the beach which was very, very helpful since we flew to Sarasota. Exceptionally clean and all around great place. Very communicative owners. Thank you !

Great area, right across from the beach, nice pool with pavilion area and grill. About a mile to the village which was not too bad of a walk but the trolly stops right in front of the condo complex. The condo itself was clean and had plenty of room.

We loved the location, short walk to the village and even shorter walk to beach. Condo was well equipped, but problem with the washer. Our first time in Siesta Key was beyond our expectations. Hopefully, we will be back.

Great vacation spot
This Siesta Key property was quiet, clean, and spacious. The beach was close by and the pool was right on site. Downtown was close and had great spots to eat. It had great amenities like beach equipment, garage, pull out couch, etc. Gail was a great host and available when needed. I would definitely book here again!!

Great stay at the beach
The reason we rented this unit was due to the location directly across the street from Siesta Key. We stayed in a unit in the tower last year and there was quite a bit of road noise. This unit is on the back side of the complex and is nice and quiet. It also has a very well stocked beach closet. The pictures of the unit are accurate. Gail was great to work with.

Child became incredibly ill whole stay. We had contacted owner week before and asked about water conditions- and they replied that the beaches were fine and no evidence of “red tide”. This is an ongoing issue in this area of the Gulf. Nice condo/ disappointing, unhealthy beach

This property was fantastic, everything we could of hoped for in a vacation rental spacious, comfortable furniture, plenty of kitchen gadgets.The red tide kept us from going to the beach but thank goodness for the pool area. The trolley to the shops and restaurants was a plus. We had a great time and lots of memories were made.
