The house was perfect for our large family to gather as we prepared for a family wedding down the street. We went swimming in the sound, lots of walking in the beautiful area. The host was beyond helpful and kind and we LOVED the location. Watching the sunrise and sunset from the beach was perfect. There were lots of bedrooms and space for small groups to gather to play games or dine together. My only complaint is there were not enough lights in the living room for reading. We had a wonderful time!

Location was perfect. House was perfect. Host thought of everything, the water shoes were a lifesaver. Everyone had a blast on the kayaks.

Exceptional property to handle our 22nd Annual Family Reunion, we number28 and growing! Watching the sunrises from the beach ; enjoying the LI Sound: (Very clean perfect temp) paddle boarding and swim platform ,the pool (Heated!!) area is nicely laid out and Allows accommodating a true lobster festival & BBQ. The layout of the house works extremely well for early risers , late sleepers and Nappers; beds are comfy and each room well appointed.; fully stocked From A to Z, especially the kitchen; everything you could think of provided for a seamless & enjoyable stay. Thank you John for great communication and the opportunity for all of us to enjoy your beautiful home!!
