Detached house, renovated, consists of a habitable porch, living room with kitchenette (and sofa), double room with king size bed, single room with queen size bed, bathroom, and a terrace for the exclusive use of guests of 50mq, with table and hammock for sunbathing. Home is located near metro stop and the heart of Pigneto (bohemian area renowned for its locals) but in the silent quiet part called "villini" for the typical low detached houses like mine (street is really silent and quite). The apartment is very well connected by public transport. The Pigneto metro station is just 200m from home and provides a direct connection to the Colosseum in about 15 minutes. Termini station can be reached in around 15 min by tram lines 5 and 14, with direct connections to the main airports in approximately 30 min.
