Beautiful property. Large space for fun for all ages.

It was a beautiful home with lots of room for us all

We loved staying at this house. Our swimming experience was enhanced with the water at the dock being deep enough to jump in, and finding inner tubes in the garage. We also appreciated the fishing poles and tackle box that the host provided. The only downside during our visit was the extreme rain every day, but with three floors to spread out and a well stocked rec room, we never developed cabin fever. We had a couple of questions for the host, and received prompt replies. Would highly recommend this house.

This property was perfect. The large living area and separate game area for the kids were the best! The kayaks, swing on the pier, and the fishing were our highlights! We also loved the glider on the deck and the ease of use for the gas grill was perfect. We will definitely be back. Great weekend getaway.

House has terrific views and is in a nice neighborhood. Easy access to things. Main areas in the house have fantastic lake views. The dock is quite nice but the yard is a little bit steep. My only other negatives are that the bedrooms are a bit small and some things outside need a bit of repair. Some major work going on next door, but the guys seem to be respectful of quiet time. Overall though, a great stay!

This was our first visit to the area, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The view of the lake and sitting on the deck looking out over the water was very relaxing. There was plenty of room for us to spread out and not feel on top of each other.

Very clean, great views, comfortable, relaxing and just great for a family get-away. Be sure to take an early morning kayak trip around the lake and you will enjoy a true Zen-like peaceful experience.

We have a great weekend. The house was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Had everything we needed and more.

Everything was exceptional. Communication with the host, ease of checkin, home, amenities. Family of 5. Kids 9, 8, and 4. The house had everything we needed. Kids were so excited about the game room and the closet full of board games. The little one love the basket of random today. Kept her busy all 3 days. We enjoyed fishing on the dock everyday and utilizing the kayaks! Sitting on the dock during sunrise and sunset. Can’t say enough about this place!

My work group loved staying here and really enjoyed the vacation feel when we got home each night.

Our two families (total of 6) spent 8 days at this beautiful lake house and were extremely pleased with everything (except when hurricane Ian decided to bring rain on our last day). The house is very cozy and extremely well stocked. It's decorated very nicely and very clean. The boat dock was wonderful and we enjoyed having a fire by the lake. The hill to the lake is steep, but there are steps. We had some in our group who had to take it slow and rest part way up the hill, but it didn't stop them from going down to fish just about every day. We were glad to find out that Walmart delivers to the house, so our groceries arrived shortly after we did. We brought our own Kayaks since there were so many of us. We also brought bicycles and took advantage of the Palmetto rail trail about an hour away from the house. That was a very nice trail with a bridge over the river. We were sad to see the week come to an end. The owners Randy & Cathy are great and responded to any questions we had right away. This feels more like a home than a rental property. They put a lot of love and care into it. We can highly recommend this house for a nice, quiet, restful vacation. Thanks

We had our family gather at Water's Edge and loved every minute of our stay. Three floors were perfect for our teen children. Kitchen had everything we needed to make every meal there. Thank you for having a great place to enjoy these last days of summer on Lake Greenwood.

We absolutely loved everything about this home. It is in an awesome location on the lake for either fishing , pleasure boating and any other water sport activities. The house was very clean, well stocked with a great deal of games and activities to entertain while not on the water. The home is very roomy and has all of the modern state of the art amenities most homes now have. We have stayed at similar homes on Lake Hartwell, Lake Murray and several other lakes in the Carolinas and this was by far our favorite. I guarantee you and your family will have a great time at this home.

Excellent location and a very nice home. Everything was as expected

Beautiful home in a great location. We had 7 family members and had plenty of room to spread out. Check-in and check-out process was very easy. Kitchen had everything you needed for cooking. We loved the big farmhouse style table that allowed us to all sit down together comfortably. Property is quite steep to lake but we managed. Host was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Highly recommend this vacation spot.

House is excellent for families with plenty to do. We had three generations. It is well situated close to stores and restaurants in Greenwood. Rented a pontoon boat for tubing, did kid fishing off dock, just floated around the protected bay, and went kayaking in no particular order.

This is a great Lakefront property to enjoy with friends and family. The property sits on high land and provides extensive views of a wide cove and provides steps allowing access to the dock for swimming, kayaking, or docking a boat. This property is also located near the half-way point on Lake Greenwood, which made it easy to get to either the North or South end of the Lake. It's also located on the Greenwood side of the lake which makes in convenient to Break on the Lake and to travel into Greenwood for other food options and shopping. In addition, the property has four bedrooms over three different floor levels providing privacy. The owners are very responsive and quick to try and help with any issues or requests. Would highly recommend and plan to revisit.

We had a wonderful time at the lake. We have 4 fisherman in our house so many hours were spent on the Fishing Kayak and on the dock. Our best fisherman (17 year old) was able to catch a few nice Bass on our last day. Most people would consider the house clean. I would suggest cleaning baseboards, especially in the bathrooms but that's nitpicking (I do this in my own home...I am a picky cleaner), cleaning the doors around the doorknobs so that they aren't dark from dirt, and cleaning off cobwebs from the outside of the house, particularly where the deck is. I imagine it's difficult to keep the cobwebs completely cleaned up because of the trees surrounding the home. It would have been convenient to have a few more frying pan options. There is only 1 large one and we only found 2 potholders...although we didn't think to look in the kitchen downstairs because we aren't used to having 2 kitchen spaces. We would have slept better if we'd been able to turn off the motion sensor lights outside and turn the A/C down. The outside lights are really bright when they come on. It was quite windy one night and the light kept shining in the room I was sleeping in and waking me. Being able to turn the A/C down below 72 would have helped as well. We were all hot at night. The bedrooms don't circulate air very well, even with the ceiling fans. We keep our temp at 72 here in Florida and it's perfectly cool but our A/C vents are on the ceilings and thus it's cooler in our bedrooms (and we don't have ceiling fans to help circulate the air). I think it would be helpful to point out that the downstairs bedroom isn't an actual bedroom. There are curtains up but no doors. And the A/C handling unit is right next to that space and is VERY loud. If you don't have a heavy sleeper to sleep in that space, I wouldn't count on being able to use it for sleeping unless you don't run the A/C. Overall, we had a nice stay but we wouldn't stay at this home again.
