The keys were not available as previously communicated. Once we notified the owner, prompt response was received and keys were hand delivered. Understood construction was over in April but continued during our stay. Nice and clean unit and full of the essentials. Will consider staying here in the future if construction is completed. This property was in the perfect location right on the beach. Loved waking up to view the beautiful sunrise every morning. Very clean and well decorated. Owner was very easy to work with and communicated in a timely manner. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The condo itself was lovely; roomy and comfortable. Great location, good TV's and wifi, covered parking was great. But what was not disclosed was the fact that the building is under construction and was very noisy between 8 am and 4 pm. Although we suspected something was up because of the price (cheap, compared to others for the same event) it would have been nice to know what we were in for. Luckily we did not spend much time at the property during the day. The only other complaint we had was regarding the bed linens and towels. They were threadbare and worn and in serious need of an upgrade. Overall it was worth the price we paid.

We loved this place! Very clean and neat. Nice large table for eating and great kitchen. Very well stocked. The views were amazing and the pool was awesome! Many extras other places do not provide -exercise room, shuffle board, pickle ball, and tennis courts. The property manager was very helpful and easy to work with both online and in person. The only thing that we would change would be replacing the mattresses in the second bedroom.

We loved our stay the unit was everything and more! The views were amazing the condo was beautiful. We already talked about coming back in the future. It was so nice and relaxing to spend time with my adult children. Would highly recommend this property. It was close to everything.

We stayed here for just about a week. The pool was closed and construction was going on but we were told about this well a head of time. The owner even offered to cancel the reservation if that was going to be a problem. Overall the place was nice and clean just some minor details that would just make it even better. For one extension cords in the main bedroom so you don’t have to move the end tables to plug in electronics again not an issue just something that would make it a little easier. Also in the check in process just let people know that they have to park in the open spaces first go in and get the garage door opener the instructions are not fully clear with that detail. It makes it seem you can just go and park in the garage first. The only other thing was the sign on the fridge with checkout instructions and what is in the book on the counter contradict each other when it comes to the sheets. One says strip the beds and the other says to just leave the bed unmade. Again not a big deal just minor details to make it better. Also one note says to make sure you wash all the dishes and put them away and the other one says to just put them in the dishwasher and start it before you leave. It’s a beautiful condo the sunrise is beautiful when it’s not cloudy from the balcony.

very nice updated condo. there were chairs you could use at the beach. nice pool, if you choose to use it. we had an amazing stay. i would definitely recommend this condo to anyone.

Great view, everything was up to par. Kids loved the beach access and the pool. Condo complex was far enough away and close enough to everything. In my opinion. Will definitely be renting there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night stay at this condo. From the moment we entered the condo, the floor to ceiling views of the ocean just grabbed us and we immediately began to relax. We would definitely stay here again. Michelle S.

Just beautiful. Full floor-to-ceiling views of the ocean and direct access to the beach. The condominium is well kept and cared for. The property manager is very kind and helpful. The unit itself is remodeled and very clean with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. We would definitely stay again.

When we first walked in, there was sand on the comforter in the master bedroom. Which made me question if it was washed before our arrival. It wasn’t just a little sand, you could feel it everywhere on the blanket. The sheets under were not sandy, thankfully. The wood in the bed frame broke on one of the beds. However, I emailed the manager & she was amazing. She came to look at it the next day. I told her she didn’t need to do anything about it while we were there & my son would just sleep on the bed. The shower rod in the master bedroom fell down, constantly. There was a thin black line down the middle of the tv in the living room. The dryer was horrible at drying clothes. There was still old water bottles under the beds. If the condo was cleaned better, and the few minor things didnt happen I would give it 5 stars. The view is absolutely amazing. The condo is big & over all a nice place to stay.

The WIFI password that was given to use did not work. The password given contained an upper case letter that showl have been lower case for the password to work. Much frutration until we stumbled on the solution.

Our stay in this property was great. Met all of our expectations for cleanliness. Check in was easy, parking in a secure garage was a bonus. The view was awsome from floor to ceiling windows, beds comfortable, kitchen well stocked. Easy to get to restaurants and other activities. It is an older building but quiet and well maintained. would definately stay again.

I LOVED this place, and would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat! In fact, I am going to try to plan the same trip next year. You walk into this place, and the view just grabs you. It's floor to ceiling windows and you're looking at the waves rolling in on the Atlantic, people walking or driving on the beach, the ice cream truck even comes by on sunny days. The balcony spans from the living room patio door to the master bedroom patio door. I woke up every morning to the sound of the crashing waves, and the beautiful Daytona sunrise streaming into the bedroom. The master has its own bathroom, and the 2nd bedroom with 2 queens has its own bathroom. Each area was very private from one another, which was great. There was just two of us staying there, so we each had our private space, but then AMPLE common space to enjoy meals, happy hour, coffee in the morning watching the waves, and just overall relaxing. The kitchen has everything you need - utensils, knives, pans, dishes, glassware., a full fridge and freezer. BONUS --- there's a storage unit across the hall that belongs to the unit in which there is a full sized washer and dryer, many beach chairs, boogie boards, and other fun things. We enjoyed using the beach chairs!!! The neighborhood was so fun, very walkable, and very SAFE!!! I felt safe walking around the neighborhood alone, or with my friend (both of us women). There's a 7-11 across the street or CVS 1/2 block away that has any supply you need. Or, what we did is have Publix deliver food and adult beverages to the building - they were there within 2 hours. Favorite places within walking distance: DJs - on the intercoastal 3 blocks away - great crab legs, oyster shooters, sunsets, patio -- view of the bridge and bay, service - -we even saw dolphins there; Deck Under - across the street from DJs - on the intercoastal - again great views, food, service, patio; Jimmy Hula's -- 1/2 block max from DJs - great variety of fish tacos and burritos - lots of TVs (we watched the NFL playoffs there) -- top shelf margarita is amazing -- favorite bartender was Taylor; Genoveve's - 2 blocks from condo toward intercoastal - amazing Italian dinner - I had the manicotti; AND YAYA's - karaoke bar, made it there all but 1 night... so much fun - they have pool tables and karaoke and the staff is beyond friendly. LOVED my first trip to Daytona Beach of my adult life!!! I'll be BACK!

We came to Daytona for a triathlon & my birthday- this unit was PERFECT!! It was so easy to get to & from our race venue and not to mention, the view to wake up to every morning! The condo was exactly like the pictures- my girls loved getting to each have their own huge bed! My youngest, actually fell asleep every night on the couch because they’re so comfy! It was amazing to be in bed and watch the sunrise and set, plus we loved sitting on the balcony watching the pelicans and even saw dolphins a couple times! Pool was a little chilly but we were there for the beach anyways! We would totally stay here again! Thanks for such an amazing stay.
