We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean & everything was so convenient. We were a block from the boardwalk & beach. Since we were there over the New Year Holiday, we had the whole beach to ourselves.

Wonderful place for two couples and a small pet to spend a long weekend. A block from the beach, a couple blocks from church. Loved the empty beach with the dog. Very clean, with nice beds. Everything functioned fine. The owner was communicative and helpful, responsive to any questions. Made it feel like a home. Thanks Alex.

Our party of 4 adults and 1 dog enjoyed a nice weekend in this lovely condo near the boardwalk. Very clean, with up to date kitchen, comfortable beds and a garage to park our car and keep us dry during the rain. We will definitely consider returning in the future.
4 stars for accuracy of online listing because when viewing on a cell phone it looks like linens and towels are provided. When clicking to view all amenities you see that these things are provided for a fee.
So that's a bit confusing. Alex said the VRBO template is set with wording he cannot change. So just a heads up for those items.

Nice and clean condo. We almost locked our selves several times, having to remember to bring keys with us each time. Only other issues there were several gnats flying around the kitchen area.

My husband, dog and I had a wonderful stay! This was our best VRBO experience yet. Alex was great at communicating. The condo was exactly as described and very clean! It really felt like our home away from home. We watch tv at night to unwind, and it was so nice to have Xfinity cable for all of the tv's. Without saying what's already been said about how great this place is in all of the other reviews, the only thing I can think of that would make this place even better would be to have a table on the balcony to go along with the four chairs so we could put our phones and drinks somewhere. We would definitely stay here again. Close to everything yet still quiet. Thank you Alex!

Loved the location to the beach and boardwalk, also to the dog Park for our pups. The family had an enjoyable 2 nights and plan on booking again for a longer trip stay now that we know how nice it was.

My June vacation at this property was absolutely perfect. The condominium is beautiful, spotless and located only steps away from the beach. I had everything there that I needed for a wonderful stay.
This particular property is also pet friendly, so that everyone in the family was able to enjoy vacation together. Even the dog had a good time. She particularly enjoyed the outdoor deck, where she could soak up the sun and check out the scenery as different people walked by along the street. By the way, pet owners should also take note of the fact that this property is conveniently located near the WILDWOOD dog beach. Walking over to the dog beach was a very easy and convenient.
The property owner, Alex, was very attentive and responsive to my needs. At one point I noticed a very small, minor issue with a door knob that needed to be reattached. Alex responded immediately and came over to the property personally to take care of it. I was very impressed with his attentiveness and overall demeanor.
I would absolutely stay here again.

We were absolutely satisfied with condo. It was equipped with everything you would need. The beach and boardwalk are steps away and the dog beach is just a short 5 minute walk. Check in and check out was a breeze. We will definitely be going back. Thank you Alex.

Only thing that would have helped was directions on how to work the tv. And maybe some channel suggestions. Took us a while, lol. Really appreciated that there were pots and plates big enough to cook with and serve. Some places dont provide the necessary equipment.

This was a near perfect vacation, and the only part wrong was the weather could have been warmer! LOL Unit is incredible, very nice, comfy beds, GARAGE parking for 2 cars!!!!! That was amazing to be able to park our cars, lock the garage and not have to worry about anyone even knowing we were there.
Unit is well furnished with everything for cooking a meal in. Very nice gas stove and cook-tops. Washer and dryer worked excellent for bringing home all clean clothes! lol Beds are very comfortable and accurate to the unit description. Xfinity cable in every room was nice to watch my Phillies while there. :)
VERY close to the boardwalk, Pier26 gaming "casino" and arcade, Sam's Pizza, and also very close to the dog park on the beach! Was perfect for bringing our 2 pooches with us! Owner was very friendly to exchange emails with and took care of all my questions very timely.
We all had a great time and are already planning another trip!
