Very flat pillows and a nightclub within the complex in which the hotel situated. Stayed on a Friday night so there was some noise. Good job I took ear plugs.

AC wasn’t working in the room I booked for a half day. Technician came and did nothing then left. After that I was offered an upgrade for an apartment which has the most stupid design I have seen. A big apartment with strange design of bathrooms, one inside the bedroom and doesn’t have a toilet! Just a shower. The toilet was next to the main door in a separate room without a sink! Why is that!

Excellent location. Great leisure facilities including pool and sauna etc. Views of the castle from the room. Minutes walk to the old town and castle.

The location is great, no issue with that.

The room was warm, airco did not cool. The beds were too hard. The breakfast room is crowded and thus very noisy. Crying kids resonate through the whole area. Not very pleasant. The reception desk never looks at you or greats you until you approach the desk, so much for hospitality. Despite being offered free breakfast as a Raddison member I had to explain every morning that I do not have to pay for my breakfast. I guess it is very hard to amend changes to the breakfast list.

Hotel staff were very helpful and we also received an upgrade, we were allowed a late check out which was appreciated. the room was spacious and clean and had great black out curtains, breakfast was ok. Hotel location was perfect to reach the old town on foot lots of good restaurants, ice cream and pubs available. Do try the electric scooters they are great fun and so easy to use.

Unfortunately there is a Club under the hotel and the music went on very loudly until 4am we were on the 4th floor and could still hear and feel it ! receptionist did offer some ear plugs. Although the room was lovely, when I left the receptionist even said I looked tired, sadly thats because I didn't get much sleep. Thats the only reason my rating is only 7 otherwise everything was great so maybe just ask for rooms away from the club to be on the safe side.

Lovely hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. Room had view of the castle. Great location , 10 min taxi ride to airport.

Not my first time at Park Inn. OUTSTANDING place to stay in Bratislava. I will be booking a room there shortly for my September visit. A+++ in ALL respects.

ZERO. I liked everything.

We liked the hotel a lot. The location is super central and the room was amazing with a nice view of the castle. The Breakfast was fine too and the staff friendly. We orderd room service one evening and that worked well and tasted good too. Reasonable pricing also.

We were travelling with an eight month old baby therefore sleep is a rare thing anyway, but to be honest we wouldn't have slept well without baby since you clearly can't overhear the club in the basement. (Allthough our room was on the top floor.) Luckily the club was closed on sunday so we only had to deal with it for one night.

The location was perfect, the staff was friendly, the room was very big and comfortable.

The breakfast was the same every morning and didn't have many choices.

Staff were attentive. Good location. Clean.

Spa should be controlled more, especially the sauna. 6-7 years old children should not enter even with parents. Besides that it is annoying when the same kid goes in and out several times in a very short period of time. The flor is slippery in the sauna also. I saw 3 people loosing their balance. The pool temperature was not 27 Celsius. It was cold (good after the sauna, cold otherwise)

Actually we got an upgrate and end up in a big comfy room that was more like an apartement.

Pastry very poor, English breakfast favored (understandable) but a wider selection of fresh pastry would, for sure, be appreciated.
