Central location, good value for money
The room had issues, practically the ceiling was infiltrated (and pieces were falling off). Difficult to get in, the codes were not updated, but good call center service. If you don’t speak english you might have some trouble în case call center is needed.
7 / 10Buono·lug 2026
room quality for the price, location.
-horrible, time consuming online check in process with phone operators who coordinate the activity from abroad and don't even speak Romanian.
- fire alarm rang all night, firefighters came and no hotel representative from Bucharest was available to check the situation personally.

Location.
Comfortable clean room.
No staff, consequential lack of security. Any dodgy character can tailgate a guest in through the street entrance door and no one can stop them.
No shower curtain, water everywhere.
Requested changed of dates for erroneous duplicate booking, got the run around.
